  1. I would have said Hancock was a boring man rather than a nice man.
  2. If I lived closer to the AFA I would have been there, but it’s a 52 mile round trip and the roads are treacherous around my home area.
  3. Alex probably does know what the fans want, but he is the manager now , and not an ordinary fan anymore.
  4. I haven’t seen any news of a team announcement in December, where was it said?
  5. If that’s the case , why don’t the club announce the team? Surely it’s better to get the fans interested as soon as possible.
  6. Probably when the other teams have filled their teams , so Kings Lynn can have whatever riders are left.
  7. Has Basso been announced as a Peterborough rider for next season, I was told he was going to Kings Lynn, I would have him in the Stars team if possible instead of Palm Toft.
  8. Was the racing that good in the 90s? Or were the meetings more memorable because of the atmosphere on the terraces. Most away teams had a rider that the crowd loved to hate. Norris, Sadler, Howe, Dugard, Pedersen, are just a few I can think of.
  9. Do fans want a better racing track or a team that’s challenging for honours? The racing can be good, but if the Stars lose the good racing is forgotten about. If the Stars win on a gate and go track people are happy.
  10. With the luck kings Lynn have he will probably perform like Peter Rabbit.
  11. Hopefully not. NKI has had his best days.
  12. Cockle thumping Blackbird at Kings Lynn was entertaining.
  13. King Lynn aren’t going to tell everyone Robert won’t be there tonight, as it would probably put a few people off going.
  14. Lambert is definitely not riding tonight, sadly.
  15. I fear the lineups won’t be what we are expecting, as there’s no word or preview for the meeting on the Stars website yet.
  16. I was told that the cup final takes priority over league matches, so Kings Lynn should go to Sheffield on Monday instead of riding Belle Vue at home.
  17. If they are offered enough money, anyone can be persuaded.
  18. Surely if the his meeting is going to be staged , as Dale Allitt says it is, the club would have announced a date this weekend.
  19. Lambert is like anyone else, he could be convinced to ride next season for the Stars, if he is offered enough money.
  20. Probably never, can’t see the outstanding league meeting against Belle Vue being staged this season either.
  21. What is funny with saying Germany helped Roberts progress. They helped a lot more than British speedway did when he was young.
  22. Simon Lambert is already in Panthers team for tomorrow, replacing Ostergaard.
  23. The people to blame for tonight’s call off are not the Stars management. The hopeless weather forecasters are to blame. Last night they said heavy rain was expected at Lynn this afternoon.
