Judging by how important it is to win at home as proved this season I think it will be something like this. Believe you could probably make the playoffs on 1 away win this season. Cook 8.42 Batch 8.38 Tate 6.96 Antti 6.29 New rider 4.00 Starke 3.50 New Rider 2.00 39.55 on current GSA’s I watched Starke practicing after the meeting yesterday and was really impressed with the way he was attacking the track in the same way Cookie/Tate do

Yet again you continue to spout absolute bollocks. You only do it to divert attention away from your shambles of a club. Saw your comments on the Comets FB when the Plymouth meeting was postponed about being ‘cheats’ and you were laughed off. Not touchy, we just don’t suffer fools like you lightly up here. -
The situation was explained by Stewart Dickson yesterday and that’s more than anyone needs to know. If you know West Cumberland hospital, it will come as a surprise to no one. He will be back soon enough, and also riding for both his teams in the Play offs

So the Race for 4th and the final Play-off starts to get interesting this weekend. Assuming Poole, Oxford, Scunthorpe have already qualified there are still 4 teams who can take the final spot. Have only disregarded Berwick and Edinburgh from this list. Scunthorpe have Poole and Oxford left at home, so would only have to win 1 of those, given how strong they are at home it's unlikely they end in 2 defeats. Who will make it? _____________________________ 4th Redcar Rode 14 Meetings 14 Points Meetings remaining Plymouth (H) Agg 4 point lead Glasgow (A) Agg 10 point lead Max points - 20 _______________________________ 5th Workington Rode 13 Meetings 14 Points Meetings remaining Berwick (A) Berwick (H) Plymouth (H) Agg 4 point lead Max Points - 22 _______________________________ 6th Glasgow Rode 10 Meetings 11 Points Meetings remaining Edinburgh (A) Plymouth (A) Agg 26 point lead Edinburgh (H) Oxford (H) Oxford (A) Redcar (H) Agg 10 point deficit Max Points - 27 _______________________________ 9th Plymouth Rode 11 Meetings 10 Points Meetings remaining Glasgow (H) Agg 20 point deficit Redcar (A) Agg 4 point deficit Workington (A) Agg 4 point deficit Poole (H) Agg 20 point deficit Oxford (H) Agg 12 point deficit Max Points - 25

Ultimately it shows how daft the sport can be at times. Workington and Glasgow chasing the final Play Off spot and 2 of Glasgow’s riders are here riding for us to try and take 3 points -

The last couple of away meetings have been frustrating without the full team. Hopefully we are all back at Berwick next Saturday for a chance of a win. Fair play to Batchelor tonight -

They aren’t missing for the same reason Confirmed it’s R/R at Number 1 and Dayle Wood at Number 8! Presumably will have a guest for tomorrow -

Afraid not, only 6 riders in the pits. So would hope it’s R/R to stand some form of chance -

Unconfirmed but probably no facility, would be R/R if there was. Dayle Wood is here and walked the track with the team -

He will be yeah, he’s riding at for us at Redcar tonight -
Cookie is riding. I would say we are stronger in 2 areas No.4 and No.7, and weaker at No.2. Think we can still do very well tonight and at least grab the bonus point over 2 legs. Lineup for tonight; 1. Cook 2. Pjiper 3. Vuolas 4. Jenkins 5. Batchelor 6. McGurk 7. Starke
-
Not sure, the meeting preview posted today on the BSPL site shows Vissing as riding, so probably isn't accurate either. Glasgow match now postponed I see, so maybe a suitable guest from that meeting is now available if he isn't riding.
-
Yeah has already happened today I believe, so he maybe missing too!

His partner is in hospital, has gone into labour expecting their 2nd child -
No Claus Vissing tomorrow at Redcar and no facility, what’s happened there. Another winable meeting is made that bit harder. Ace Pjiper replaces him, and Jordan Jenkins for Tate
-
Yeah Ace definately worth a go again next season on his average, hopefully him and Slater Lightcap if he gets his qualifying visa.
-
We've averaged exactly 2 points per meeting from reserve all season, and often it's just the 1 from Heat 2 we get. Starke riding at reserve has to be an improvement on that, considering he was riding at No.2 for Glasgow. Can take 5 rides every meeting replacing McGurk so even 5 points per meeting would be a massive improvement
-
Paul Starke has signed then
-
Jordan Jenkins guesting for Tate that is!
-
Rowe would be a great fit for either club. I believe it's just guests for Worky, Jordan Jenkins is guesting away at Redcar on Friday so don't think there is going to be a replacement i'm afraid.
-
Anders Rowe's converted CL ave is 7.49, which is higher than Tate, so unless there is a 2.5% British deduction? probably won't fit. Erik Riss was the prime target and had talks, but it didn't work out with European commitments, James Denham writes about this in the Poole programme.
