My lad just said that people complain about Monmore but at least the riders stay reasonably close together... Last week was similar in the Aces match with a straight between first and last.. Let's hope as it slickens off it gets better...

It is a bit rubbish isn't it....

Just set a team average using the mean average of all the riders in the grade.. Eg Mean averages of all riders in each grade. Grade A = 8, B = 7, C = 6, D = 5, E = 4... Team Average equals 30 in this instance.. That way the ones with the big money couldn't pay to get all the top end of each grade as they would not hit the mean average..

You inevitably become too comfortable in your own surroundings.. The Aussies come half way around the globe and head to Britain, Poland or Sweden.. No surprise that a fair proportion of those that do it, go on to a much higher level than their UK counterparts... The Poles usually stay put and develop, but they run the risk of losing a team place if they don't perform, given the potential over there of so many, hence they either develop upwards or disappear quickly from the upper echolons....

They should change the nane "Meeting Wild Card" to " Meeting Guest", and he will be eligible to be there every GP....

And all those replaced were hardly going to give him a run for his money were they? If you finish outside the qualifying criteria then two WC's and out should be the rules...

All the leagues are a "huge squad" for every team to use as and when they need to... Hence, it clearly operates a horses for courses option depending on who fits, and then, filtered into who rides best where..

Stock Cars at the old track used to get around 4,000... Circa ten times a season.. The Aces were getting around 1000 to 1200, 18 times, or so, a season... How Speedway has fallen off over the past few decades.. With nothing tangibly done in that time, and even still today, to prevent further decline, sadly... I am sure Ipswich will still get a decent crowd tomorrow, as they do have a larger fanbase than most..
