Maybe it was those pricks that punctured the tyres.....?

Would be a nice little earner too I would think.. A good incentive from the team you are riding for will be on the cards I reckon. Probably not a large minimum but a fair old bit of money per point on the table...

Certainly hasn't been a..... Goodyear..... I will get me coat....

Wasn't it a "dead rubber" anyway?

There is no alternative to guests don't forget... They are a neccesary evil... Everyone knows that... Yet some other leagues seem to stupidly not agree... Will these other leagues ever learn? .
-
But they can guest....?

Looking at the seat map on the website, it looks like a good crowd will be in attendance, given the seats already sold... Shame my lads game kicks off at 3pm or we would have been there as well.. But, as he got a £30 fine for missing a match by going to Cardiff, and hasnt made the squad since, he had better turn up at half one with the rest... No weather issues, lots of decent riders on show, so should be a good way of spending a couple of hours on a Bank Holiday.... NB. And probably worth attending a meeting this side of the October energy price rises too....

Definitely missed a trick.. But. You never know.. The Poles will no doubt evaluate the pros and cons and decide whether to continue with the format, or possibly anend it.. What they wont do is continue ad Infinitum with an operating model that hemorrhages fans year on year, fails to attract major sponsors, and ensures hardly any media coverage is forthcoming... Unlike some...

No doubt over the two legs that the Lions have wanted it much more.. Those 50/50 moments have all landed their way through hard riding and not backing off the throttle... If Laguta comes back next year it would be interesting who goes.. I presume they would keep Dan in the main team, and would need four Poles so would Woffy have to go...? Or could Dan do another year as an eight? Incredibly close for the lucky loser... Lublin can decide who goes through..

Proof of the pudding is always in the eating so it will be interesting to see how the lucky loser pans out... All meetings starting together will mean that it wont just be their direct opponents that they are technically riding against.. Could keep meetings closer when one team has "no chance" in the head to head, yet they could still be in with a chance of a semi final position, hence they wont "give up"...

Many thanks... Great being an adult and being able to make your own decisions in life isnt it? And also it means you never ever have to be offended by anything, nor anyone... Although. If you want to be, then that is absolutely fine... But also absolutely fine is the fact that you are allowed to offend others... As, with it being totally unquantifiable, it can only ever be subjective... Which by definition, is based on prejudice... Once again thanks... Mike 54 and 11/12ths..

Less riders per team would free up riders to cover.... Why run seven man teams when so few riders to go around? Run with six per team, (even five), and any rider missing out will invariably have at least one team to ride for as the majority double up, with many having four teams globally. . Add in a truly fit for purpose RR model and you won't need guests... For example.... Poland have a "decent No8" who covers the top five, with two juniors in each team.. The UK could run with five man teams and a "decent No6" who covers the top three, with two juniors in each team... -
My thoughts too... Just don't press play if you dont want to watch it... Personally that is what I have chosen to do... My choice... And I am free to make it too....

They may have been asked to trial it for the BSPL... Although they would have to wait until they get more than six teams in their league to make it seem worthwhile... -

As other countries prove, you can run Speedway without guests and with credibility... But. This country simply just chooses to not follow their lead... -

And all with the blessings of those who run the sport... Which is sadly why the sport isnt taken seriously in the UK..
