Wonder when we find out if Sky is going to broadcast speedway in 2014.I wont bother with the Sports package if not.Watch the ashes in Aus,then kick Sports 1,2,3.into touch. Think i will then take out the Entertainment Extra(which includes Eurosport and Sky Sports News)pack, and save myself £26 p/month. Been with Sky since it came out in 1989,so,if no speedway,no extra revenue from me.Make do with the Gp,s on Eurosport.

Without knowing the league structure and the uncertainty of Skys involvement it just aint worth speculating about 2014. But my big wish,is for a rich super daddy to come along, whos got more money than sence.CVS has now reached the end of the line, and who can blame him for not throwing any more cash into the club, when his reign is nearly over. But speedway is a dead-end sport at the moment, and nobody in their right mind, would take on any promoton for gain or profit.Plus, with doubts about our main sponser throwing in extra funds(or even any funds at all)the next six months, will be crucial concerning the long term future of Wolves speedway. Dont know what Adams plans are,but he certainly doesnt seem as focused these past few seasons.Hes sixty five now,so perhaps tme has finally caught up with his burning ambition to capture a final league title. What ever happens,it is certainly gonna be an interesting few months, not only for Wolves, but speedway in general.

And who questioned Josh Auty,s doctors note, when he had sprained?suspected ? wrist injury last week. Its common knowledge that Josh dosent like riding at Monmore,so very convniently get a track specalist to take his place. You should take a look at your own promotion, before you start throwing blame at others

In for a penny in for a pound,id go the whole hog keep it in the family, and replace Miskowiak with another asset Aspgren.Pontus looked very impressive on Monday, and think hed do a better job than Bob.Dont know wether its even possible, but with the loyalty factor shown by CVS and Adams, highly unlikely to happen anyway.

Bad Crash For Emil
Tommy Sweetman replied to Terry's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Yes in Austria,Salty.Makes sence really,The football club is owned by Red Bull, and they also have its research centre there. With Emil being heavely sponsered by Red Bull, the most stringent tests available will be carried out,to see the full extent of his injuries. -

Dont think there is a alternative to using guests,today(28/8) is the last day for any new signings,so we will have to wait to see who fits in to Jacobs new rolling average, think its about 4.35. -

Watching in the WTC id have certainly gone with Ljung, but by all accounts his form has now tailed off, whereas Nermark has now run into a streak of good form.Considering that we will be most likely facing Brum in the play-offs,think Dan would be the most likely candadate having had a couple of seasons at Perry Barr. -

Just wonder if the R/R facility for Ty runs out at the end of August,or if Adams is playing it canny and waiting for the cut off date of 19th September and hope to get a better rider in on loan, from another club who is no longer in the play-offs. Ty has been side-lined now since the 22nd May,thought the facility should have ended long ago. -

Real shame to hear about Joe Haines retirement from the sport,a lovely kid,but had so much bad luck with injuries.Seemed he was never free from them, but kept on getting back up from them time and again.Credit it to him, that he never gave in,but this latest injury was just one to many, and i think hes made the right decision to call time, while he is still young enough to pursue other things in his life. Good luck in future Joe. -

Whys that then?.Dont say we get Bridger on loan,if the Hammers dont make it.Rather have R/R than to see him in a Wolves race suit. -

Get well soon Noddy.Think R/R for Holder,Tungate returns, and possibly Howarth. Not ideal, but im sure Poole have other things to think about at the moment. This puts a different aspect on the outcome of the meeting on monday. TBH,this(together with Fred,s injury, has put a bit of a dampner on it for me. -

Definitely stick with R/R now Adam and Thorssell have hit good form.We aint gonna find a suitable replacement who is going to score the points the other lads will get with Ty,s rides. PS.------- Any news yet on the outcome with Proctor,s visit to see the specialist in Sweden. -

Winning the Ashes 5-0 at home,5-0 down under. But ill settle for Tai taking the title, and becoming a great Brit.
