The Speedway 365 website paints a gloomier picture about the situation.
-
Think you can probably add Kings Lynn to those two, making it just one place to fight for towards the play-offs. But a lot can change around June/July when the more average sides re-jig their line-ups,to make them more competitive. Id agree though, that the bookies will almost certainly make Poole pre-season favourites.

Mads is still a Swindon asset. Think he is the one CVS and Adams are targeting, but after his Leicester experience, has it put him off about riding over here.
-
Looks like Mads could well be the final signing. According to Adams,Wolves waiting to see if another club is signing one of their own assets before completing their own line-up. Could take another couple of weeks apparently. So are Swindon going to use him?.
-
Now don't go upsetting Mr Brum.
-
Ask Brum fans, sure they will come up with a suitable reply.

The indications that CVS gave in his interview with the Express & Star before Christmas about wanting a 7/8 point rider to back-up Freddie seems to suggest that he has already ruled out PK from his plans. But of course if Plan A fails,he may have to resort To Plan B,which I presume would include PK. Please, please no Bjarne Pedersen, now that would be backward step, and not one that the fans would want.

Take your point about THJ being a no-no. Krcmar on 4.00,Where did you get that one from. I would say more likely to be 6 from what ive seen of him. Not over keen on Kylmakorpi, and I feel Wells has found his level in the Premier league. Compared with the side that Belle Vue have put together, things not looking to bright for us in the traditional early season encounters.
-
Don't know how far down the line we are to filling our last two places, but just an idea * THJ and PK. But there a number of factors about signing THJ. *Would he come in on his last average of 5.65(think that's the figure). *Would he be required at Poole. *Would he fancy a full season in the EL. *Would he fancy a Monday track night. Think perhaps CVS and Adams were hoping maybe for a reduction in Freddies starting average. He will be the top averaged rider in the league next season, and although glad to see him back, could struggle to maintain his near 9 point average. Don't have much to play with now Tai and Pawlicki have turned down the chance to ride,so maybe THJ will fancy joining his fellow Swedes at Monmore and giving us a fairly solid looking line-up.
-
The reason im asking is if Poole cant use him, could be an alternative for Wolves along with PK.
-
What average would THJ be on. Would he still be assessed ?.

I haven't even gone there regards his stats or riding ability. A question was put on here by Pirate Oliver about what written by Tai in this weeks S/S. Well because the article is three pages long, and he waffles on about various things that is wrong with British speedway, then if he didn't want criticism he should have kept the comments to himself. The best thing to do is for fans to go out and pay £2.90 and make youre own mind up about the rights and wrongs of the story, and see if you agree or disagree with what he said. A lot of what Wolfsbane said is true. But my comments where only about the article and the merits of it.
-
He also says that Britain has got it wrong riding several nights a week, and they should follow the path that Poland,Sweden and Denmark have taken. Sorry, but that was never ever going to be an option with most promoters not owning their own track. If we all went along with the views that Tai has taken, there would be no Elite League for us to go and watch. Hes done himself no favours with some of the comments that he has written, and probably lost a few fans in the process.
-
The jest of it --Tai says, cant see him ever riding in the Elite League unless they change it to one night a week. Not a pretty story to read tbh.Sounds like he was holding a gun to the BSPA,s head.

Still think there will be a surprise signing for the side, but not until January.
-
Ty Proctor has tweeted some interesting news coming on Monday regarding his future plans. Not sure if he is part of Wolves plans though.
-
8.21. ! Cant see many teams taking Meidzinski on that average. Probably struggle to average 7 around Monmore. Maybe Leicester might take a gamble on him if it reaches the desperation stage.
-
Not sure Monmore would suit his style. Is this all tongue in cheek that Hancock might be back in the UK,now that hes left Tarnow.
-
Change the record Skidder . Youve been saying that about Pawlicki since last mid-season. Mind, not saying youre wrong . Hoping its age,and not race-night that was the problem.
-
So if it is Schlein and Musielak, what do we have left points wise for the final place.
-
Dont get me wrong Joe,id love to see Pawlicki back at Monmore, but i think its likely to be 2016 rather that next year. Regards back-up for Freddie, think we might have to wait to see what other teams plans are for next season. I know Rory Schlein is a big favourite with both CVS and Adams, but not sure what Lynn,s plans are.(hes ridden for so many clubs, dont even know who owns his contract).
-
Yes but didnt CVS state at the talk-in that hed made a mistake about signing young Poles and that it wouldnt happen again. Hasnt Pawlicki still got one more season left as an under 21 rider.

We can all dream on Fish, some would say ah but hes not riding in the Gp,s. But back to the same old chestnut. Poland-- sunday. UK--------monday. Sweden--tues. Afraid its our race night that limits our choice of riders. They just dont want the hassle of commuting back and forth to Europe, tbh after watching the Tai documentary cant say i really blame them.
