  1. Its hardly stopped since the middle of last night, supposed to have blown through at about 11 o,clock this morning, but again the radar map has gone t!ts up. The map itself was showing a break at 11.30,when in fact it was pouring. And its still raining now.
  2. CVS says he still expects a bumper crowd, taking the very wet weather into account and the cameras being there,id say that was a touch optomistic.
  3. Think you could never rule out Lynn, said in past along with Monmore its his favourite track.
  4. Have to feel sorry for him, seems every other meeting he was taking a knock. Suppose all the injuries hes been getting this season has taken its toll.
  5. Would high scoring Brummies rider Zach Wajktnecht be worth investing in for the future,or has he already been linked with another top flight club?.
  6. I know CVS controls the purse strings, but if it was one or t,other that walked the plank id prefer it to be Adams. Hes just living on his past glories now, lacking in both motivation and ambition. In the old days he would give riders a kick up the ar$e if they wernt performing, and to a degree it worked.Im suprised hes in Tai,s corner at the GP,s tbh,so he must be doing something right for him. But has a TEAM manager i think hes well past his sell-by date, some of his decisions this season(and last)have been bizarre to say the least. I would say hes probably got a bigger say in team structure than CVS,so in that respect he has to shoulder a lot of the blame for what has happened this season. Together with CVS,s short pockets and Adams shortcomings wheres it all gonna end.
  7. Feel exactly the same. Trouble is,if we all start voting with our feet(and a lot already have),then theres only gonna be one outcome. And none of us want that.
  8. Thought it was a slightly bigger crowd last night than last weeks encounter with Poole. But still must be losing money through the turnstiles. A lot of those around me saying they wouldnt have bothered, and only came to see Darcy.
  9. I think a lot of us are past caring Steve.A sad inditement of whats going on at Monmore.
  10. And there were some on here who wanted us to sign KK.-------------ouch.
  11. Looks like theres gonna be more Poole fans at Monmore than Wolves fans.
  12. And cant see it getting better anytime soon. With the Van Straaten clan of David,Mark and Karl waiting in the wings, and Adams son Chris also involved,it seems for the next three years at least, its gonna be keep it in the family. Even though we keep going on about expectations for 2016,tbh whoever has the job of assembling the new team is going to have his work cut out in putting a decent 1--7 side together. Cant see Tai and Pawlicki wanting to ride for a monday night track,Fred is no longer a trusted heatleader and certainly not a number one. PK cant go on forever .Wells career seems to have peaked.Jacob unlikely to ever to fill a 1-3-5 roll. The cupboard is virtually bare(no good going on about NP)with what assets we have left, and we aint got any money. So it looks like starting from scratch, but you dont win titles tracking a side full of freebies.
  13. Remind me about the last time he guested for us----ah yes, 0--0--0--0.Hardly better than what we have.
  14. Because Shamek Pawlicki said last season alot of the Poles didnt want to ride for a monday night track. Perhaps a change of race night would give us more options when trying to put a decent team together.
  15. Would changing our race night to wednesdays help.Is it available ?
  16. Adams you numpty, "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all of the time"
  17. Blimey, you hardly need to be Einstein to get that right. In fact it would probably be easier to say,can Wolves avoid a 60 point mauling.
  18. And he might be choking even more come next season Wolfsbane. Wasnt Dave Parry given assurences that the play-offs would be a minimum for this season. I bet he feels like he is flogging a dead horse at the moment. Not sure how much longer a reputable business like Parrys International can afford to sponser a failing brand, thats giving absoluetly nothing in return.
  19. Totally agree. This season is done and dusted, but most of us knew that before a wheel was turned. PS *********** Does anyone know who that clown is who does the interviews(podcast) with CVS.After every meeting he says to Chris(or Adams)that the next meeting is crucial and gonna be the most important of the season.Well hes been saying that for the last six weeks and it still hasnt made any difference. Next time to say that mate, is at the last meeting of the season.Because the next one will be important. It will be the first fixture of the 2016 season, and we cant afford to get it wrong again.
  20. And dont forget his side kick Joe.After all ,he is supposed to be the master tactician.
