My priority would be to bring back the old faces that have deserted Berwick, that means listening to their complaints and acting on it The club also has to help itself, e.g. printed loads of posters for forthcoming meetings, available from the track shop, what use is that if you run a pub or cafe and dont go to speedway. Commercial managers job to arrange distribution, even if it is fans that do it for them.
