To clear things up, on Sky, strange as it may sound Eurosport has never been part of the Sky Sports package and has always been in one of the entertainment packages which is currently called Entertainment extra,. So nobody is getting it for free, if you have it just now you subscribe to the Entertainment extra package Can t speak for Virgin as i dont work for them. hope this helps

SCB i usually like your posts as they are normally well thought out and reasoned, therefore the above statement came as a bit of a surprise to me. How in heavens name can you question the fact that Berwick have been awarded this meeting, there are more than enough "fans" up here to make this a success. The distances should not come into it as this meeting helps all riders not just those having a testomonial. Your comment smacks of superiority i.e. "why should this go to a provincial club and fans when all the rest of us are based south of Manchester". Beleive it or not there IS a big fan base up here who deserve to see top class speedway at times, you dont have a monopoly on meetings "down south". Ok the top guys have now decided that there are more important meetings for them to do, but i am sure the line up we end up with will produce a great meeting,weather permitting of course If you were just fishing please ignore the above comments Mike
