yes , a piece of paper did stop me changing my gas/elec supplier , even when i got a new mobile/supplier before my contracts ran out . even waited when i got BT put in after sky said , feck it to speedway . so unless you are down on your ar$e , you could be ordered to pay for the rest of the agreed contract . so yes . there were quite a few bits of paper that would have been involved . ie .paper money . i can see it being the same with speedway . i believe worky had to run for 3 years , otherwise the whole thing reverted back to a certain promoter . if you go in on a licence , you can pull out of any deal , and you can also be kicked out as well.... but going in on a lease and you have to pay for it if you run or not . shop leases are bad for this ..many empty shops /factories are empty , but still being paid for by their previous tenants . when was the last time you signed any old bit of paper foe a new car ? LOL.

everyone else can see the problem, its just the over the border minnions that cant/wont do INglish ! and want a diversion to detract away from their underperforming team .

i bought a S.S. last week in Whitehaven post office on king street . there were a good few copies on the shelf . going to get one tomorrow , just for the smell of those lovely pages . that was the first one i have bought in a looong time . surprised how much it cost and most of the reading material was already out in the public domain . so that will be 2 S.S. mags i have bought in decades . if i want another smell in my house , i will just fort ! OR INVITE A Glasgow supporter in !

i thought riders had to do 4 or 6 home and away official fixtures before they became an asset . maybe the rules have been changed, i dont know . i do believe that if a premiership club signed a rider , he was automatically an asset of the club he signed for . no meetings had to be ridden for that club . there is only one club ippo have to look out for in the signing of Drew . money talks . . say no more . win at all cost ..

but once his team are knocked out , can he guest for the remaining teams left in ? it is quite funny that the same two teams are in the final EVERY year without fail . how do they qualify , just by being Scottish ? maybe they could invite Berwick and make it a three way mini cup table ? winner takes away a BIG cup !
