i do believe he flashed the red lights as the riders were on the 3rd or 4th bend . so yes the lights were applied to warn/advise the riders to stop .

i am all for that , but lets have a proper rerun with the teams as they were and craig not being allowed in heat one as it was his choice to sit it out LOL .same riders , same team managers . lets have it @ northside . thats really neutral belle vue , isnt that where bickley rides and conner . i believe craig rode for some period of time there too . looks like thats a really neutral track , not .. so i take it glasgow would give up their fantastic 4 point lead then . see what you have done there , you got me involved again with silly comments and suggestions . damn this sport ..

morning everyone . now the dust has settled on the eastbourne V glasgow meeting we are a bit more clearer as to what went on @ arlington . the miss information from the person (grant) sending the txts from the track , he gave the words to youngy , (TRUE OR FALSE ) i dont think youngy put a bit more spice on the txt . craig and his pusher for entering the track while the presentation was still ongoing i think he should have waited until the presentation was finished .. the marshal for stepping in front of the bike .. in the heat of the moment everyone was not thinking straight and tempers went sky high . i dont think there should be any fines or bans , just a word in everyones ear should do it . feel sorry for the glasgow supporters for the distance they travelled to end up involved in that meeting. buts whats done is done , it is what it is as they say . lots of posters were given bad/wrong info from various sources from both updates and the bsf sites ............ freddie starr ate my hamster, remember that ?

i think the video shows the weakness of the sport . we were led to believe that craig headed for the marshal , but in reality the marshal took what he thought was the correct decision and was acting on the refs red lights . speedway bikes only turn left with ease because of the footrest . the head butt , WAS NOT that, more like a shoulder barge . looking from another angle it could have looked like a head butt . echo the sharp peak comments from other posters . i do think craig was wrong to get pushed off halfway through the parade . he has been there before and should have waited until it was safe to enter the track .(after the introductions had finished ) as it says on all motorsport activities . motorsport is dangerous . man V machine . no winners there then . speedway loses again and glasgow can only look back on what could have been . we are still learning after all this time .

i think the police are on the case .. they dont like pushers , or should i say competition ! as a foot note . i do believe the rider gives the ok to get pushed off to his mechanic just before the parade lap . so who gave the order to craigs mechanic to push him off ? err . that would be the rider himself . should have known better . wasnt he complaining that his broken wrist was hurting in the pit prior to heat 1 ?

prob the best picture of the events on Saturday . i take this post as a fact and not some made up bull . as a cumbrian i used to have a lot of time for the rider living close to me .i now find my self thinking he has let himself , fans and prob his family down by his actions on Saturday . the glasgow follower(fans) will defend craig and that is their choice . but when facts and not fantasy come into play , there is no excuse for ignorance on craigs and the glasgow fans side of things . he done wrong and its all in the hands of the top men !. its ok for the visiting team to want it called off , but what about the travelling fans and neutrals who had paid good money to go to this meeting . .(glasgow fans especially ) seems like the away team did not care , they were covered for all their costs and will be refunded for travel etc . craig used to ride mx and this track should have been a walk in the park for him . k2 well earned i would say . now we just wait for the triplets (nearly four ) to add their spiel to it and put us all at rest . oneof the best and honest posts i have read on this thread . . credit to Stevec ..
