Dear B.S.P.A. i am writing to your selves to obtain a referees licence to become a speedway referee. i am sure i would be able to fulfil all the criteria that is required to obtain a licence. i dont really know the rules of the sport , but i am sure i can wing it now and again. although i have very poor eyesight i am sure i will be ok. maybe when i have done a couple of meetings i would be able to do a speedway G.P. after watching the meeting tonight,(workington v scunthorpe) i am 100% sure i would be very capable of this position. i look forward to hearing from your selves in the not too distant future as the speedway world needs refs at this moment in time. awaiting your reply with baited breath..JENGA.
