good to see the sponsors licence being granted , but it does not say kozza will be able to full fill the criteria that the other people require.whilst it may be a tep forward. it will not give any rider employment in the uk without the real criteria.

is trigger ( all right dave) allowed to use r/r or guests as ryan hasnt yet ridden for the devils. i thought you could ONLY use guests or r/r if your no1 if he had started the season with them and actually rode in the current season..

lets face it, every teams management/promoters look daft at the start of every season. they build a team up to the previous seasons rules and then the bspa change the rules before the start of the new season.. rules , what rules.?.

i think jack will join Plymouth on an assessed 7 point average . because he will be having his 1st season in British speedway and therefore will be granted a working visa.unlike all the others who have failed to meet the criteria of this years rules..

the only way you will see gino ride in the billy sanders meeting is if he does not get paid for his services. any cash will need to be declared and thus making him being classed as a working visitor. therefore illegal in the eyes of others . (except chris louis )

no guests or r/r as they havent yet got a work permit or any other permit at the moment. looks like you will have to go with rescheduling you fixtures or going with open meetings(16 lapper, etc) . maybe even declare your team with N.L. riders or the likes of ash morris etc. could prove costly in the first part of the season if things dont go according to plan with the visas.

the B.S.P.A. have just announced that any team that has been affected by the visa issue can track a N.L. rider in four of the programmed rides. thus giving them an advantage of having 3 riders in one race. although there is still a problem when six riders turn up at the tapes . sounds a good ides.

i was only using olly as an example. as long as he didnt withhold his services and never asked for a transfer, he would be granted one. rustyharrison has benen granted one. he has also been loyal to the clubs he rode for.
