but there is , if somerset cant/wont give the paying fans reasonable facilities at a venue where a bspa shared event is taking place then less fans will attend every year and so the coffers get smaller. belle vue/swindon or any other reasonably neutral track would do . belle vue being the more central one. other fans are sick of a one track wonder being hailed as the correct venue for the pairs/fours. if that wont work, move it around a bit. give everyone a chance of glory. but b/v is the best option. or have the pairs on a thursday/friday and the gp on a saturday @ belle vue. two types of fans . the snobs and the proper supporters. it will save thousands of pounds putting down a track in Cardiff for one day. the british gp held @ cardiff where no british rider actually rides a a permanent bases. ! ! !

i think signing 2 riders at once and you will have to redeclare under the points limit .. 42.50 , that eliminates any points increases that you have gained (sergeant etc) and will make it very tough for the season. i think you can do it 1 at a time over a long period. not sure though..
