thats not the issue here . the person just happened to be filming the speedway and caught the footage required to put the record straight.. tungates description of the post race events did not match up to what was on the video. so tungates LIED to speedway officials , as have a fair few ippo supporters that were supposed to be there. gav is one supporter who had talks with the scunny fans. but as yet , he has failed to say if he was there at the meeting or not. gavs failure to reply to any communication from me admitting he was not there. just doing a tungate and building up a fantasy case with lies. as regards masters. i don't think e/bra would give up any footage of the incident with bjerre/masters. unless it ws asked for by an official bspa/scb..would you? so outsider, if you have footage of any other incidents, keep it to yourself and let the witches fans sweat it out for eternity. i would. your gain, watches lose. let it drop. the initial case was found in auty,s favour. tungate lied. ippo fans couldn't see the wood for the trees and fabricated a story like bed time stories . . Louis need to go to specsavers and the ref needs to watch the meeting in its entirety..will we learn from this , no i doubt it. now there is a small matter of the 4s to deal with. all in a days work, all in a days work.. you have a chocolate sweet and you cay get the wrapper off and you need someone with better skills to unwrap it. its no good stamping up and dowm just because you cant get any one to unwrap it for you. better off waiting until you find one that does not need unwrapping. see what i am saying ?

IF it wasn't for the video of the incident shown on this forum, it would have been swept under the carpet. but as it was seen by most of the uk speedway world, in the true fans eyes and the fans who are genuine and know a little bit about what's right and wrong. mr tungates actions were deemed dangerous and unprofessional for our sport. hence the ban. the true fans spoke out in displeasure of tungates actions and a satisfactory outcome has been reached. apart from josh missing the closing months of the season... if video footage had been available about the sam masters incident i have no doubt that there would have been the same reaction from the same fans (including ippo fans ) i dont know if the incident took place at m/bra or where ever.. its prob too late for action now so looks like that one is under the carpet. anyhow , ippo have been punished for their riders actions not just in a fine and a ban. but also for up and coming fixtures in league/fours etc . one small mans actions are having severe consequences on the witches season.

lately i haven't been in the habit of paying for the car par. lol. sorry about any misguidance of the parking price..

i think jose has had a good few meetings with the 4th official on the touch line at many a footie match. didn't do any sit downs though. he didn't want to get grass stains on his suit..

HEY GAV , you didnt answer my question about if you were at the meeting where tungater lost control half way down the back straight on the warm down lap. from the waty you were posting , you said you were in conversation with the scunny fans and the people you talked to thought it was an accident by tungater. well were you there or not. thought you would have replied by now

olly allen had a pl average and they used that, just like when peterborough used it to get guests in to cover for him when he was injured. premotion knew he was a long term casualty.. lewis blackbird had a pl average from last year and a pretty good one at that. ulrich had a pl average. one of the best riders around mpt has an official average. simon lambert has an official. the only 2 riders that did not have an official average at the time if qualifaction cut off point are robert lambert and grondal.. the 4s hosts are always g/teed to be in it. its just unfortunate that its happened to one of your top guys. but that's speedway. that system went out years ago. remember all the qualifiers around your local tracks lets face it, who would have thought that p/borough would be in this position for the 4s. i remember charles wright and joe haines being in the 4s at workington because worky had some injury problems. the home team(hosts) are fast tracked into the finals. ( i am sure) the other reason for the home team qualifying is so that the home supporters are alwys going to show face and then you get the added bonus of travelling away supporte swelling the attendance. i suppose its like that other stupid rule being able to get a guest in for a rider who you know is out for the season and then noan about it when you need to have individual averages to get in. sheffield are hosting the pllrc, but no simon stead or birks etc. wonder if they can use a guest ? maybe kurtz, lawson or cook. no, didnt think so. maybe they could use tungater , if he aint banned lol.

thats not the point. how many time did he miss meetings riding for G.B. ? rain off,s are part of speedway, robert is owned by K.L. lynn having the first pull on his services. something your promotion were aware of ... its got nothing to do with gb meetings etc. there was enough meeting on the pl fixture list to give robert an official pl average. FIN.

Robert didn't fit the criteria for the fours qualification. number of home and away meeting ridden in. the same as gumball. unless they change the regulations for the interests of speedway .

its not B.S. its the rules and they have been in place for a long time. its always going to work against you if your rider has not ridden the required number of official meeting for you club. can you please stop moaning and accept the rule as it stands .

if that was filmed by a professional film crew . i for one would not be buying that meeting. mind you i did see auty moving to the left slightly , NOT . i think you will find all speedway tracks curve to the left and in order to ge around them you have to turn left. i am going to have another look and see if tungate holds his hand up to say he was sorry to auty. gav.. how close were you to the incident all we are asking for is tungate to man up to his actions, that's all .? people have cameras in cars and can get footage of accidents they have been involved in. .. insurance companies use this information to get the guilty party to pay up and police ask for any footage taken by a member of the public to help with their enquiries. so what does it matter if it was filmed by joe bloggs. some dive. change your user name again. i think auty aggravated his old injury that kept him out for 9 weeks approx . also if some of the dealings by promoters were did on the street, they would be in trouble by trying yo deceive the course of justice. fiddling starting averages etc... but its not on the , street is it real folks. l was auty injured ? . na , he just lost balance WHEN A BIKE HIT HIM FROM BEHIND. all this input on this site and a question like that was asked...
