Sorry if it wasn't the answer you wanted but it's not my fault, just simply the facts.

It has nothing to do with overseas sportsmen and women, not in that context anyway. As i said lottery funding is just for Olympic sports, that's the simple criteria which is why Judo and Fencing get funding (actually for your information Fencing is getting very little up to 2012). You asked the question "would it be possible to apply for a lottery grant" on a speedway forum, and there's your answer (for the 2nd time) on a speedway forum.

Lottery funding is for olympic sports, why is fencing or judo any more or less of a joke than speedway?
