Looking forward to this one Rockets much stronger with rider replacement for Karger ,,now that Lykke is at reserve,,only likely to be there in the short term though
-
Having been in and around speedway with many riders and as a professional at track preparation for around 60years i think iknow what i am talking about and judging by others on here you are in a minority of one mrscambelt...
-
Sings for kings im afraid mrscambelt talks absolute rubbish and obviously knows little about speedway and how its run.
-
Afraid you dont know what your talking about..Easiest thing in the world to be positive when your winning,, does not work so easy when your not...The only thing i can agree on is the management at Eastbourne are doing an excellent job down there
-
Mrs cambelt your entitled to voice your misguided opinions but what do you know about the team spirit and running of Rye House ,,Most fans thought the premier league match was entertaining..Your team was not riding i doubt you were that interested.//.The Raiders have a different agenda to Eastbourne...And no premier teams are going to put a National league match on first when its a double header !...

Bit of shock on paper this looked a banker for Kent,,,,I was at Rye we got tanked by Eastbourne in. A boring match..Still you won in the end I take it...?.? Or was it a draw ?

To be honest after the Redcar match this was a big let down almost boring at times,,I do not see many fans continuing to pay to watch half a team..there are rookies in all the teams this season unfortunately ours are miles behind the rest,,Rob has not had much racing this season yet and I think having two matches in one afternoon may have had an effect on his scoring but no one battled harder,,Ben after looking a bit complacent in heat one when passed by young Dan Bewley who was excellent,,,then pulled his socks up and rode like he can do for the rest of the match!,,Luke Priest got 9 but did not dominate today ..Connor Lock showed in flashes but looked really poor in some races ,,Bowdery showed little or nothing....Leek not so good this week but still picked up a few points...Dan Bewley missed out on a max when outgated by Ben in heat 15,,but did Eastbourne proud,,,Match Score. 37-53.. ,,That is a big loss at home.we need to strengthen somehow ?......... -
Rye House V Redcar... Premier League... 30th May 2pm

Solid team performance from the Rockets,,,Cameron heeps best performance this season 14 points,,,So used to Kennett being almost unbeatable, that his 12 plus one looked ordinary by his standards tonight,.Battling performances from Robson 9,,Lykke,,7 plus 2 ,,Morley 9 plus 1 and. Branford 4 plus 2,,,Scores 55-37'...For. Redcar Jonas B Anderson and David Bellegio made for some exciting encounters in what was an entertaining match...I thought the track regrading for the second meeting was first class and very professional -

Tough on Branford if that is the case.this 5 assessed rule is so complicated.. -
Tough ask for Raiders, but no Adam Ellis for Eastbourne ,,I heard Dan Bewley guest,s ,latest weather reports are better than previous ly suggested,,Ben and Rob riding in the Rockets match as well, could have as many as ten rides apiece,,Knackering,!

Nice to see Rob Branford getting a crack with the Rockets,,if he is successful i wonder what happens next ? -
Personally Alan i do not think,,Lock Bowdery or Banks will be any where near as good next year as Hume is this season,,,.Results may be secondary until the fans disappear ..this is of course my own personal opinion,,
-
Oh!,, you have noticed that as well,,i was beginning to think i was the only one...
-
Good performance from Raiders top three and McCauley Leek,, Time I think to try some fresh rookies
-
Presume the new averages means Karger moves up in to the top 5 with Lykke dropping to res,. Helps the team ,, but hardly helps Karger,,if this is indeed the case can Karger survive
-
A big win obviously not enough for some brummie fans on here,They have to slag off the opposition..,complain about our riders jumping starts (could it be they are just good gaters) Moan about their bad luck with an injured rider never mind about our injured rider Fans like you dont deserve a good team... Kent will do you for the league title anyway
-
Have always been impressed with Josh Bailey ,,nice to see this talented youngster take the No 1 jacket,,but it will be harder for him ,,shall be watching with interest...

I have noticed that the red shale we tend to use down here in the south, is very fine, and while every effort is being made by the track staff, it is harder to stop the dust,,When darker corser shale was used from Scunthorpe a while ago it was considerably better,,,No idea if it costs more,, but might be worth trying again.., -
I think Raiders will need around 10 points from the bottom three to have any chance of winning this their opposite numbers at Birmingham are much better at this stage..But you never know one of them may do a Karger,,,

She should,nt need a replay it was obvious to every one else in the stadium that it should have been all four back,,And I thought Babs was bad but I think even she would have got this right! -

I am not in favour of women refs either Cris another appalling decision in race one proves yet again they have no idea of how the men race motor bikes. Having said that some of the men are pretty bad ,they all need regular asessing, but it will not happen as there is not enough of them now to throw anyone out -

Agree Shads and his recent form would seem to confirm that..Was that Karger in heat 11 or did his dad borrow the suit for one race ?????? ..Joking aside give the lad credit, fabulous win..Turning point ? well still to be convinced but definately an improvement -

A victory that had not looked likely mid way through Then turned Rockets way by the most unlikely win in heat 11 by Peter Karger over Masters the crowd looked on in disbelief,, but yes it really happened folks,,,Followed by another big 5-1 from Ben Morley and Cameron Heeps in heat 12,,Bens two late victorys ensuring he top scored for the Rockets with 10+1,, a big thrill for me personally/...Solid team performance guess we will never know the reasoning for not putting out Kennet and Robson in heat 15,,,gifted a match point to Edinburgh who made this an exciting meeting ...Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Leigh Lanham an innocent victim of a first bend pile up in heat 14...
