  1. Sings 4 Kingsi have a feeling you may be right with Hagons strong connection to Lakeside but surely not more than one complete novice
  2. Any one of the four you mentioned would do Sings Kings,,i am more concerned about the 3 pointers available..hopefully none of those we had at Rye last season,..Who else is available,??????????
  3. With only a very few riders available as a third heat leader you can not rule Mason out .Lakeside would suit his out the gate sit on the white line style ,but his health problems are a concern.with cry offs....,personally i hope they can get Jack Smith, a big improver with a top rider pedigree ..,if not Nathan Stoneman would fit the bill ......
  4. Jack Smith or Nathan Stoneman.....or the other route Shane Hazelden plus a 4 pointer and a 3 pointer..
  5. Personally I think they would get a.lot more people if they all charged £10 at this level,....Money could be a deciding factor and bearing in mind they will be competing against Rye House at the top level,,,for the areas fans
  6. Would like to see Jack Smith 6 pointer as third heat leader with stacks of room to improve.... with then one 4 pointer and one 3 pointer allowing Hunter to start at reserve..I Think one strong reserve is important .....
  7. Taking in to account Rye House and all the car meetings on sats, unless they go mid week,,i can see them sticking with fridays despite the traffic problems, hopefully these will be easing by the spring..Though would sundays clash with Eastbourne not sure when they are running..?
  8. Len Silver has always been a massive Bowen fan ,That is why they will have difficulty fitting in riders the fans want to see,,,
  9. If Danny Ayers did not request a transfer..Then Kent must be mad to retain a has been premier reserve rider like Bowen with a very high national average admittedly,,,instead,,Ayers is an improving rider and has great pulling power at the turn styles and will be missed..However if that is not the case and he wanted to go,then it will be even more important to retain their other entertaining rider James Shanes..The Bowen family connection with Len Silver, goes back years and is very strong and is probably a main factor.... i
  10. Can not see them running against Rye on sats even accounting for the car events.
  11. I hope you a right Sings for Kings,,I had a feeling Mears average would be very high at this level and would be difficult to accommodate.in a balanced side....
  12. What average would Rob Mear come in on?..Kingston would be very risky given his recent commitment problem Wajtknecht and Hazelden yes ,,Morley no brainer considering his popularity and form round here at a higher level,,...
  13. Hope that is close to the possible team.I for one want to see Ben Morley at Lakeside..
  14. Quite agree the site needs updating as soon as possible ..What is the problem with getting it done??
  15. How much longer till we hear something positive from the promotion ??
  16. I thought this was a Rye House thread ????????
  17. Speculation is just that speculation,,It is likely there will be successes and some may not come up to expectations,,,But if they all click then wow what a season were in for at Rye House..Let's all hope that is the case......
  18. Their suggestion that they have 4 captains in the side may be likely that Kennet may be some where else,as he surely would maintain the captaincy if in the team ,,Anyway we will know in the morning ..........
  19. Flying Panther ,,i dont smoke,,and i stand by my opinion ,,so we will see ,,get back to you at the end of the season ,to see who was right ...??
  20. A revitalised Davy Watt would actually be a heat leader round Rye,,,Good signing could prove to be better than Harris in my opinion...
  21. Never been a fan of Harris and you need to gate at Rye,,How ever if they get some more dirt on the track he could do ok. Would not mind seeing Davy Watt here as the line he rides could be very effective round Rye..
  22. If Scott is the 9+ big name signing ,then it looks like they are going down the strength in depth route,,instead of signing riders that may be on 11+ converted averages...I think this is a good move and Nichols should be able to beat any one round Rye ...Exciting times for the club and it has to be hoped the support warrants the move up to the top division
