I'm not implying anything about you. You've misunderstood me. I was referring to Subedei, known in his previous life as Bila Hora. He seemed a nice chap who didn't keep ranting on about Scott Nicholls being in the G.P's back then and used to post about other more interesting things. Hence my nomination for Best Newcomer of the Year.

Okay Scott Nicholls. Not really one of my favourite riders but an out and out racer who always gives 100% and deserves to be in the G.P's whether in the top 8 or not as he must surely be amongst the top 16 riders who compete. BSI (or whoever they are now) have always taken a horses for courses approach and picked a wild card/s appropriate for each country's G.P. to encourage local fans to attend. So would you be happy to just see Scott and perhaps Chris Harris as wild cards for the British G.P? Then the other G.P's could be filled with less qualified foreign riders. That should sort it. Really? I suppose I could go around checking other forums but I do know Sub has also been going on and on about Nicholls on the Arena Essex forum, like he does on here, because I am a member. (Not that I said anything about him in the first place because he's invisible to me and very nice it is too.) I'm sure it's quite possible to have a reasoned discussion with you. I think the 8,000 figure might be referring to the Grand Prix held at Coventry before the switch to the Millenium Stadium.

How can anyone have a reasoned discussion with Subedei when he thinks anyone who sticks up for Scott is deluded? He's made his mind up we're apparently all stupid but goes on and on himself about why Scott is a beggar and other derogatory comments Then because he gets a few posts deleted he starts up his own forum where he can slag off Nicholls to his heart's content with no censorship. The point is it's boring and repetitive. We've got the message loud and clear and have done for the past 12/15 months. Look at one of his posts about Scott and it is the same as the previous hundred or so and that's just on this forum. Some of us might be deluded but his comments are boring. I know what I'd rather be.

And yet again you turn up to defend him. What about all the slag off Nicholls posts that he's made? I suppose that's okay because Scott wouldn't lower himself to reply. It must be pretty boring in the weird world of Subedei that he has to repeatedly keep stirring things up on here to get some attention.

I'd back you up as well C.C., but I don't bother reading his posts any more as I got cheesed off with the same things being said over and over again. Tedious and boring. The ignore list comes in very handy sometimes.

According to referee Tony Steele that's not correct and it doesn't have to be 1st bend bunching; a race can be re-run after the riders have gone by the first bend. However, perhaps the rules have changed since the 80's? It would be interesting to know what the actual rule says because everyone seems to be under the impression that someone has to be excluded.....apart from Tony Steele that is.
