But you only have to re-click it and you can 'unlike' it again.

I don't think it will bother him after two years of continual moaning and whingeing from some Coventry fans.

Do you mean your own posts or others? Can see yours okay. Anyway to answer your questions. Not a lot of things have changed around the stadium and the price is the same wherever you stand - or sit in the grandstand - so you might like to watch in different places. You can also look into the pits throughout the meeting from two viewpoints. Definitely wait a bit until the season gets underway because the Christmas Cracker is not going to be typical of team racing at Brandon in the 'Elite' League. Best to pick a nice warm evening too!

I agree that weekend racing would be a good idea but Sunday would be a better option than Saturday I would think as Saturday is usually the day when holidaymakers have either just arrived and are settling in or going home. I hope something can be sorted out.

Yes, the scouts convention (or whatever it was called) was very interesting with thousands of horrible little lads running all over the place. Edited to put the quote in as the page has turned over.

I don't think he ever 'quit'. Mick and Blayne had a little falling out but they've now kissed and made up again thank goodness.
-
Ah...okay thanks. So Somerset have priority because they are the parent club. I get it now....I think.
-
I wouldn't have thought so unless it's okay for the promoter not to attend as that is Coventry's race night? Friday night is always better though so perhaps they'll stick with that.
-
I thought it was the other way around and Elite League teams have priority now? Unless he's a Somerset asset of course. Perhaps I should just shut up.

Mick has done quite a lot of 'behind the scenes promoting' that has never been done before by the previous ones so it is good to see the fans are now giving him a bit of credit. Well done Mick.

Don't take it personally. Unfortunately every new poster is treated with suspicion and scrutiny until they've passed the KKS test.
-
Indeed, but that was probably due to Sky's love-in with Poole and choosing them every other week.

From the Coventry website......... ------------------------------------------------ The meeting was to feature the one-off Midland Development League KO Cup Final between the Coventry-Mercia Vikings and Stoke; however, Stoke have now stated they have been informed that this 'in-season' event cannot take place outside the regular campaign. Coventry Speedway had express permission from the SCB to run the MDL KO Cup Final at the Christmas Cracker, and we are therefore disappointed that Stoke will not be providing a team.

That will be his Poole holiday home then.

I might not be alive in 5 years time. Surely a contract runs from March to October?
-
He'll do well at Coventry though.

Still hoping, especially now his number 1 fan Adam Roynon is no longer in the team. I definitely think Mick should go for the full house - completely new 1-7 (already done and appreciated thank you) and a different team manager. Phil. Morris would be nice please. I'm beginning to wonder if Havelock was signed on a 5 year contract or something because it just doesn't make sense to keep a manager who isn't popular with the fans, whose team finished bottom of the league and by all accounts isn't very good at motivation.

I think you are probably worrying over nothing and Tai will be in the side, but I just couldn't resist a little titter at the thought of K.K. being in the Wolverhampton team and what your reaction would be.
-
Why? Was he driving on the pavement?
-
That's a pretty good description of Eddie. Hope he does well at Birmingham though.
-
Do you think allowing Leicester into the E.L. had anything to do with the decision? Peterborough were against them joining last season as Frost seemed to think quite a few Leicester fans were going to the Showground and their support would be lost.
-
That's a relief for the E.L. clubs. I was a bit worried for a while that he might end up at Leicester.

How do these loan thingys work? Are they paid in advance for the season or before/after each match?
