  1. Hope they haven't nicked the new golf buggy.
  2. After watching a programme on T.V. recently I won't be surprised if the bottom of his ears drop off as well.
  3. And at Coventry now. Does he think he's in line for a Knighthood or something?
  4. Which just returns us once again to the question of why the promoters of Coventry Speedway are not allowed to use their own track curator and prepare the track how they would like it for the team?
  5. Decisions, decisions. Which post do I take notice of as they can't both be right?
  6. Oh dear. I perhaps shouldn't have said that because now everyone knows the previously secret dogging place in Coventry.
  7. You're pretty new on here? When you've been around for a while you'll know who to not bother getting into a difference of opinion with and just let them carry on moaning because you'll never win.
  8. Well, you're obviously not a lady so the stand up version is okay for you. You want to try to get toilet seating access at Coventry with a dog in tow who doesn't want to co-operate so I can get access to the seat. Therefore I nominate Coventry.
  9. As I've said on Facebook I don't think the majority of fans would want to hang around waiting until the rain stopped at 8.30pm and then watch track work taking place in the hope the match could go ahead. Otherwise you make some good points - it was stupid to water the track beforehand. Edited to put the quote in.
  10. Don't know why I've been brought into this as I've not said anything about him not acknowledging the fans since he last rode for the Bees and I can't even remember the year now. Was it 2012? He's been a very good lad this season so far. Of course from what Jacques is saying about his girlfriend sitting in the stand it could only be because he has to go by the 3rd/4th bend to get to the home straight.
  11. Interesting. I didn't see this post before but I thought I'd try that link tonight hoping it would be a bit bigger picture than bet365. However, when that came up I decided against bothering. Thanks for the warning as I'm going to delete the link from my bookmarks now.
  12. Didn't manage it with Daniel Davidsson despite certain Poole fans saying he would be much better looked after than at Coventry and they would get him going. Wonder how long he lasted? I can't remember but I doubt if it was long.
  13. I've always found anti-perspirant deodorant helpful in cases like this. (Sorry - that was a good post really.)
  14. Dry because rain was forecast, but luckily it didn't last for long. Brilliant match with loads of passing, which just makes me all the more disappointed that my local track doesn't produce racing like this. Well done to all the lads. The only downside was seeing Martin Knuckey struggle again. Can't see him wanting to make the journey up from Cornwall for much longer.
  15. Weather is fine but I'm sure it's going to turn very cold tonight so wrap up warm everyone.
  16. Barker a father? It's going to be a bit embarrassing when he/she starts to talk and has a lower tone of voice than dad.
  17. Not too worried about Hans yet because he has been riding with an injury, but he doesn't seem to be so sharp away from the tapes at the moment like he used to be.
  18. You're not having a little rant are you weatherwatcher?
  19. Oh well as long as we know you write a load of rubbish without anything to back your claims up just to appear in the right. I'll bear that in mind from now on.
  20. Presume you don't class yourself as a fan then so what are you doing on here?
  21. Must admit I hadn't noticed Chris Harris before - but I will now. Definitely remember Chris Louis though as he used to take ages going through his ritual.
  22. Yes, the passes in heat 12 were just due to mistakes but I was trying to be charitable so counted it as two passes. The heat 14 one I've no idea who did what but I was marking down on my programme if there was an overtake after the first bend so my eyes might have glazed over by then and it was just wishful thinking.
  23. And me, but I would appreciate you finding posts where I have put down the team, management and stadium that you have accused me of.
  24. Well done to Coventry - I certainly wasn't expecting that without Hansen and Howarth. Pretty boring stuff though with only three passes all night (two of which were in the same race between Garrity and Perry) so I'm glad we didn't waste £28. Even though Bees won I still like to see some close racing.
  25. Can you quote me a few posts as I can't remember putting the team, management or stadium down?
