My first live meeting for about 4 years. What a farce. It was quite obvious from Heat 1 that the conditions were too bad to produce any real racing. Dragging it out for so long was enough to turn many people away from speedway. I certainly will be in no hurry to go again.

How about signing Niels for the entire season and then when he disappears after 1 month he would be with holding his services so a guest would be allowed until a replacement could be found.

Just been talking to 2 other Lynn supporters. We all live in the Norwich area so the cost of going to watch Lynn is relatively expensive. If the management cannot be bothered to tell us what is going on regarding the 2 riders still required then we will not be bothered to go this year and if one of them is KB then there is no way we will be going

As seems to have been the norm this year there is still no news forthcoming about a possible 50th anniversary meeting. Does anyone have any information?

NKI's replacement could be anyone who is available. Depends who could also be riding in the Danish league. Janowski or Doyle could possibly be available. Are Porsing or Bjerre also missing? Simon Lambert may be in for Kerr. Any news about Robert Lambert?

The same comments about Bjerre have been appearing on here for weeks now. The management at Lynn are either happy to hope he will rediscover some form or are unable to find a suitable replacement. Personally I do not believe he has ever been a good signing for the Stars. He does have some good meetings but is so inconsistent. A solid team member getting 6/7 pts regularly would be much better if one can be found. It would be good to get some reaction to the situation from the management even if it is not to the liking of the posters on here.

I do not think you should take too much notice of the fact that Bjerre was practicing. He may well have problems with his equipment. However, unless Buster and Rob already have changes lined up they are not going to sack him until they do have a replacement signed and sealed so he must realise that he has to get his bikes in order as well as his mental state if this is also the problem.
