Got to take your hat of to the riders for giving it a go tonight, must be playing on there minds. Get well soon Ricky Ashworth from everyone here at Workington speedway!

Please take him next season, we at Workington have suffered enough watching him going round uninterested at the back when he doesn't gate, the lad couldn't pass wind!

It's about time the track was sorted out at DP, gate an go racing week in week out on a ultra slick track is not good enough!

Mills & Aarnio out, roynon & a 3 pointer in at Workington

Think that's te worste performance from an away team iv ever witnessed in all my time at derwent park. James Wright looked like a total novice, not only was he a mile of the pace but he didn't look at all comfortable on a bike. James Geieves was half a Lap behind, maybe he should call if a day now instead of waiting to the end of season as he looked totally uninterested. I normally enjoy Glasgow visits & my trips up there, I hope there promotion get things sorted for there fans as surely people won't pay to watch performances like this.

Such a shame as he used to be awsome to watch blasting round the boards at Workington, really don't know what's happened to the lad but after seeing him in the British final last week maybe its time he called it a day.

What does it matter if its the cheapest or most expensive, if the racing is rubbish people won't pay to go!

Track was really poor lastnight, hope it was just due to the weather as in the current climate £13 is to expensive to watch the gate & go rubbish I witnessed lastnight

At the end of the day Kyle Howarth is a reserve, not a number 4. Who ever put the team together has to take some of the responsibility expecting the kid to ride there

Davey can keep looking aswell, would seriously rather have Charles wright! The thing is the way this team was out together (week 2nd strings) if any problems did accur we were always in the rubbish with using RR, this now has worsened now! Tony Jackson should of known well better! For me signing Aarnio was a big no no, a decent 2nd string really is the key to a team.

I would of went with Hawkins or boxhall well before mills, he showed how bad he was at Glasgow last year for me!

I really fear for this comets team now, especially on the road, we already were riding with 4 reserves, Chris mills is simply not good enough! They would of been better giving Craig Branney a call, at least he's just a stone throw away from the track!

Poor replacement, what was already a suspect team IMO looks even weaker now!

Now that mason has had his visa refused I think the comets need to sign a replacement ASAP, a national league guest is never going to work in a team that IMO already had to long of a tail, the problem is who do we sign, maybe out of what's left Ritchie Hawkings would be the best bet, Any ideas?

I'm only telling the truth, the fans didn't want him in the 1st place, he was a panic/cheap signing! The face that he was basically very poor for us & dropping his average at the same time has done nothing to change people's minds! Unfortunately the people of Workington will not pay to watch a loosing side/poor riders, especially in the current climate.

I duno why the local press are saying the fans have doubts over Harrison? Not the case with everyone iv spoke to, it's Aarnio the fans don't approve of.......tony Jackson was well aware of this to which makes the signing a bit strange!
