When I went to Owlerton for the Wolves match recently there were issues with the track early on which they had several goes at sorting out before an extended grade after heat 6 finally sorted it and it was fine thereafter and there was some excellent racing Perhaps Sheffield need to review their track prep

Given the crowd level/sponsorship requirements outlined by Brum prior to the start of the season then adding in the late team assembly, missing riders, medical cover disaster and the Ellis short termer not being declared it can be no surprise that Brum are losing money. The only positive is that they can make it to the end of the season and pay all the bills as they go hopefully.

I'd imagine that any "pressure" from the Robins on the stadium landlord is likely to be met with the threat of termination of the speedway lease. Wait and see is the correct approach certainly in public anyway
