That's fairly simple the contract is at nominal value for the sale of the club but contains overage provisions in the event that the new owners are successful in finding a new venue within X years such sum to be on a sliding scale the sooner they find it the more the additional payment.
It might not be but there's a balance to be struck in any negotiations, ask for too much and the idea might get no further than the circular filing system.
18 months from now would seem a reasonable period for Wolves to progress the search etc
It's hard to escape the feeling that the current arrangements at Poole might not hold together for much longer. Hopefully if push comes to shove then the local authority will try and protect the Pirates but I'm not holding my breath in today's climate
Depends on break clauses as I said above. I don't believe every deal has been on that basis either. It's up to CVS how much detail if any on the lease agreement he wants to make public I guess
Entering in to a 4 year deal with the state the sport is in currently would have been a very brave move you can only presume there would have been various break clauses along the way
I'm surprised at the timing but not particularly shocked at the stadiu owners decision.
With one year/short term leases this sort of thing is never far away
Interesting statement this, why throw in all the stuff about the future, that was all known anyway.
We are sorry Pedersen has left but keep supporting anyway as we won't be here long
