But you can't have a 2 point assessed average in PL, nothing less than 3 & surely the conversion rate is 0.6 meaning an average of 2.63. The conversion rate from PL to CL is 1.6. If you had a movable conversion rate as you suggest, there would be outrage & people saying there was cheating.
He wouldn't have stayed. Rosco was already looking to replace & that is why he was able to bring Razza in after the away meeting at Poole. R/R at Poole & Razza in the home meeting that night.
He didn't sack Zach, he retired from speedway as he had lost confidence. Nielsen rode wellin his 1st meeting for the Robins & then got injured. Lampert was a gamble on a rider who's average fitted the riders he was already signing. Not every gamble comes off but Razza certainly did. That's Rosco's 4th title, it can't all been down to luck.
Not lucky to improve! Rosco made the right replacement signings when Lampert withheld his services. Continued improvement after Razzer signed & then the changes to reserves when Zach retired. Good management from Rosco.
If the BSPA don't agree to Russel's proposal, so that all teams build up to Swindon's average, then one of Doyle/Batch will have to go. Personally if we have to make 2/3 changes, then I would seriously look at Kyle Newman for next season. He looked mustard in his last appearance at the Abbey, obviously loved the new track.
Would that be the same team that lost 53 - 37 on their last visit to the Abbey. Yes dream on SS, you couldn't beat the team that were thrashed last night. There must be some illegal substances in your Vienetta!
I think that Nick is still struggling with recovery from his wrist injury. It could be that a winter in Oz will sort his problem out. I hope so, because he would be a good shout on his average. Also, judging on Howarth's performance on Thursday, it might be worth Rosco contacting him for next season.
