Didn't Poole do the same a few years ago when they waited for Miedzinski to get a high average then replaced him with KK? What's the difference

Just to put it out there am I the only one who thinks it might benefit Garrity the way KK was pushing him? That's the standard Garrity obviously wants to get to at least he knows how fast etc he'll need to be to keep up with the big boys so to speak

Lambert is a very good reserve but he usually struggles when he's in the top 5

Underrated? Can you just explain that one please? Yes LL can be fantastic at brough but away some of his performances are absolutely shocking!! Especially for the experience he has on the tracks it's not like he's seeing them for the first time. He's got a 7.00 average that's all he's ever going to be.

Tbf Aussies need British speedway as much as British speedway needs them. Take out all the Aussies who are riding in the premier league right now who would you replace them with? Kyle Hughes? Dan Halsey? There just isn't enough English riders of a good standard

I think this is more a general speedway problem more than just at brough.... I think people are just so sick with the daft rules etc people are starting to vote with there feet. I've been going to Newcastle since it re-opened in 97 been to loads of away meetings too and until this season I never missed a meeting. I went to the first 3 or 4 this season and I haven't been back since. Yes the team isn't the best but by no means is it the worst we've had! But the entertainment value for me is virtually non existent now I don't know if this ties in with the new silencers but there isn't/ wasn't much racing at the meetings I attended this season or last season for that matter. Now I'm only 25 and I'm pretty bored with speedway now there used to be a time id not miss a meeting but they seem long gone. And speedway needs a new fan base because most of the fans are elderly people. It's tough because kids nowadays would rather be playing on the playstations or Xbox rather than go to speedway. This is a crucial winter for speedway and now more than ever do the promoters need to realise this! If you didn't know what speedway was you wouldn't have a clue in most cities because it's one of the worst promoted sports.

What about Richie Worrall? Was at berwick last night so no traveling involved unless it's a cost cutting exercise and scunthorpe would rather not shell out for a guest?

Surely if you were going to make another change you'd drop Graversen? He's garbage how long has he been here now and he's barely reached a 5 point average. Drop Graversen leaves you with 6.74 to play with and loads of riders out there who would be much better, Steen Jensen, Pepe Franc,Rasmus Jensen, James Wright, Matt Tresarrieu, Kalle Katajisto to name but a few

That's the managements fault for putting an inexperienced team together though. Everyone knew we weren't strong enough at the start of the season and so its proved. Although in there defense I think they were hoping Rose would've done what Kerr & Richie had done in previous years but that hasn't happened. And nothing against Kerr because I do like him as a rider but when he's getting 3s & 4s as he has been this season then your not gunna win anything

What about him who rode at Somerset last season was it Pontus Aspegren? Didn't he end on a 7ish average... Was a bit surprised no-one signed him at the start of the season

A half fit Howe is much better than a fully fit Smith. Makes Glasgow stronger Imo
