Would rather see good racing, that why its Speedway Racing, but unfortunately lots assume that only winning is the main thing, some really good matches have had dire results for the team supported, but I have still been happy that the spectacle was good.

Yes that one, it just struck me that the conversation about the bus had all the hallmarks of the BSF at times. And it was going that way.
-
bit like the bus going (not) to Salisbury road hey Arthur

Come on this is speedway rules, we would not want anything logical or easy !!!
-
Here's hoping that Starman pulls through and gets well soon

Get rid of one ridiculous rule, then bring in a new one which starts to look stupid even before its implemented...Speedway

Its the price of success in speedway!!!

Formula one cars are fitted with a transponder that detects any movement, with the allowance for "human" reaction being decided before hand, anything outside these parameters is a jump start. With wi-fi and such surely it would be easy for a referee to have this facility on say a laptop or such. Maybe a bit too modern for this sport.

With Woryna signed to ride for Lejonen and Kurtz signed for Vetlanda, will this have any effect regarding Polish team rules?
-
Just read that Lejonen have signed Kasper Woryna

I agree, that said always remember that the league tables will always have Swindon at the top, even if they lose the play offs. -

Poole Vs Rye House Thurs 10/8/17

Don't even look like a good championship side on this showing. -
So maybe the medical staff who issued the certificate should be sacked as well?
-
Obviously don't know the total "ins and outs" of the situation, but do feel a little sympathy for Troy Batchelor , who apparently had a medical certificate, and stated that if he had been called and told that he was being replaced before the deadline, would of accepted that, just seems harsh, and spiteful.

What is the effect of "no changes after 31st July", going to have on teams like Poole??
-
Seem to remember Lebedevs, being announced as a signing , and a while later being told he is not coming to Poole, this situation was a few years back.
-
Even the most avid Poole supporters, have to face reality, the track is rough, and needs urgent work to correct.

Re: Shanes, can riders make a living from grasstrack these days?
-
So is anything actually happening at Brandon to make it usable, or are they still "arguing" about it?
-
In that case maybe your new track will be ok after all, so much easier without messy proper facilities for older people, like stands, seats etc. ,maybe just keep the infamous toilets?
