Im sort of sat on the fence on this one, Jason is a massive talent on a speedway bike and if a club signs him they will get a real racer but I also understand people saying they can’t forgive him and don’t want him anywhere need speedway, Jason’s crime are clearly motivated by money or the lack of it and fueled by drugs and realistically speedway is his only chance of sorting his life out but speedway doesn’t owe anybody anything least of all Jason but if he doesn’t get a chance then imo he will be back inside before long and we could be the next victim, I’ve said it before I got on well with Jason and always found him very personable but I also saw the other side of him,as I said I’m on the fence on this one, if he gets a chance then I’m happy to pay to watch him race but if speedway says no because of the fans reaction then imo he will also happy because keeping the fans happy is what the sport is about

Anyone know if the AGM is being live-streamed pay per view, should be worth a quid of anyone’s money, watching 5 brave warriors debating over Zack cook average,new helmet colour or not and just how many times should teams race each other in a season before fans start to feel a bit cheated out their money

No, he would of carried on at Birmingham had the council give him free reign over the stadium, his dream now is cradley but for the time being that is staying a dream, my own opinion for what’s it’s worth is if the bspl actually encouraged tolley with something he might do it, but they just call up say would you run ****** or ******, it’s going to cost you £??? And when he says no they don’t call him again, like they treat him like a cash cow

I did ok financially out of the British league cup in 2003, riding meetings for wolves, belle vue, Poole and Eastbourne, replacing the top guys and getting a gaurentee each meeting for scoring very few points but I was no British youngster in 2003, I was 34 😂

The cook situation is interesting because he will need a visa to live and ride here and it will be the uk team who will sponsor his visa and yet he can just swan off to Poland whenever he feels like it a give the uk match a miss

A few weeks back me and another person contacted entain via monmore green to see if there was any chance of getting wolves back at monmore,nothing to do with the previous promotion, there was a plan on the email which I won’t go into but we spoke to the manager at the stadium who told us it wasn’t the stadium who kicked the speedway out it was entain themselves, he told us to write an email to entain and he would forward it to the relevant people for us, we had a reply today from entain via the stadium manager and it’s a NO 🥲 at this present time, sorry wolves fans, never give up

Leicester was but the BSPL statement was the day after me and I don’t care if it was me or not the point being its disrespectful from the bspl

A couple of things that I have been mulling over the last couple of weeks is, there has been no official statement from TNT discovery saying they are not covering league speedway and on there FB page TNT bikes they showed a bit of footage from kings Lynn on the 21st dec and the lack of communication from the BSPL to the fans has been appalling and disrespectful and yes this is blowing my own trumpet but I believe the only reason they put out a statement a couple of weeks back was because I called them out for it on the speedway 360 podcast which I know they watch and the next day they put a statement out saying nothing really but it the silence has been disrespectful to the fans at best

And the most worrying bit about the whole sorry affair is the BSPL don’t seem to see it

While fans crow about woffinden dudek laguta, madsen and riders like that not riding in England, we should really be looking at riders like woryna, drabik, buckowski and locatiev, these type of riders while not exactly are at the top are all action out and out racers who don’t give an inch, I love watching these riders in the polish leagues and would love to see them over here where I believe fans would love their no nonsense racing
