I will never feel sorry for him and I don’t like him but I do respect him and understand him and understand where he is now ,for any rider it can be absolute hell just to turn up and race when you go through these spells, nothing works, you blame everything and everyone but ultimately it’s you,has he got the fire in him to get out of it ? Only he knows that but the fact remains you don’t become a bad rider you just lose the desire, sometimes temporarily sometimes for good, I guess we will see at the end of the season when he will surely lose his GP status -

If woffinden is to work his way out of this rut then race wins and building confidence back up is the way and the only place he is doing that is in Britain, Poland is big money but you still need to score to get it -

Enjoyed that meeting some decent racing, congratulations to Sam hagon -
I said this before, as much as Osbourne is what he is he isn’t breaking the law and all his decisions are business decisions, if speedway was a cash cow he would be working in our favour, the council will do whatever the cash dictates,, council support for a track closed or otherwise means nothing but on the other foot speedway needs the council to run, it all boils down to money unfortunately and it rarely falls in speedways favour, even in oxford’s case if it wasn’t for the greyhound guy buying the rights to the stadium would speedway even be back ? Unfortunately moral people don’t run the world

Zmarzlik goes about his business again, he has this world championship game well and truly mastered ,more than likely will make every final in the series, doesn’t matter where he finishes, he is nailed on for 14 points per meeting, he has a 12 point lead already, realistically jack holder has got to finish 3rd or better in every GP from now on to stand a chance , vaculik has won a few GPs now but has never really looked like a tittle contender but as tonight showed he can mix it with the best, woffinden not sure what’s going on, he doesn’t look quick but in the past even when he wasn’t quick he was a very clever rider and an opportunist who pinched points but he just doesn’t look like he wants to be there, he looked brilliant at Sheffield Thursday but looks poor for Wrocław and the GPs -

Not saying it is but Freddie has looked slow the last month or so, could it be belt drive doesn’t work as good in warmer weather, causes more drag on the engine ? -
No but to have both is going to be twice the expense which was my point

If it’s about cost then pawlicki will be the one but if they are serious about team strengthening then I’m not sure he is, pawlicki is riding well below his best for whatever reasons, he is a hard rider who can mix it with the best, can anyone at Birmingham bring the best out of him ? If so then letting him go is not the right move

The meeting started 15 mins late because the ticket machine broke apparently so those paying by card couldn’t get in
