  1. Once the rider is declared, CL will take priority over NDL.
  2. The post I was responding to (below) made four points My response was also in four parts What I was saying was that Vissing's CL average of 6.65 exceeded 6.36 (the CL points that would have been available to replace Ricky Wells had he been in the team). This all arose from 'Ouch' insisting that Belle Vue had been hard done by, when the rules had been correctly applied.
  3. The difference is that Ricky Wells is injured, so Belle Vue couldn't revert to the previous declaration. For correctness, Wells' average from 1st July is 4.24 (converts to 6.36) Which exceeds 6.36 Correct !
  4. Again, you need to look at the Green Sheet in its entirety. Issue 11 gives the 1st July figures in Column C, where Ricky Wells' average reduces from 4.52 (June average in Column A) to 4.24 Issue 12 does not affect Belle Vue averages Issue 13 shows a change for Belle Vue effective from 30th June. At 30th June Wells' average is still 4.52, and the team total is 42.34, so Aarnio at 4.55 is a valid team change. No mistake was made here. I do however accept that the way the Green Sheets appear can be complicated when a change occurs during the transition period between months.
  5. That's a selective quote, the full heading reads'Team Declaration Effective Immediately (or date stated by team name) - the Belle Vue entry is marked 'eff(ective) 30/6'.
  6. The change is effective 30th June so uses June averages, but the green sheet is issued in July so uses July averages.
  7. Shafted? Tero Aarnio was in the Belle Vue declared 1-7, effective 30th June. He was injured but as he hadn’t appeared for the Club no facility was available. Ricky Wells was also injured so Belle Vue couldn’t revert to the previous declaration (as an injured rider cannot be (re)declared in a 1-7). So the only facility available to Belle Vue was ‘no facility’ - a CL Rider with a sub 4-point average.
  8. At the time of writing Ricky Wells remains in the Belle Vue 1-7 (as does Simon Lambert in Kings Lynn 1-7).
  9. Simon Lambert is still in Kings Lynn declared 1-7, so no need for reversion or a ‘contingency plan’.
  10. As Jordan Stewart is representing Australia, a facility of either a guest or RR is available to Redcar. Leicester will have a guest as Richie Worrall was injured last night.
  11. The cut-off is 23rd of each month for the new green sheets.
  12. There are only four programmed fixtures remaining after tonight, but two to rearrange. There are twelve home meetings in total in a seven team league meeting each other twice. The Panthers website fixture list omits to mention, under ‘to be arranged’, two outstanding fixtures - the Belle Vue rain-off restaging, and the Wolverhampton meeting originally scheduled for 24th June.
  13. A key issue is whether the fans would turn out given consistent awful weather forecasts.
  14. As Charles is on FIM World Championship duty, it could be a guest for him too.
  15. Perhaps asking Nick Barber to auction them at Cardiff?
  16. Art 18.8 details all the facilities available - for missing riders 1-3 by MA either RR or a guest is available at the TM’s discretion.
  17. Leicester for the Ben Fund, Redcar for Ben Barker’s testimonial, neither of which meetings are paid - I expect that’s the difference.
