The necessary Road improvements are 2 or 3 years down the line before they begin and judging by the Junction 10 Improvements will probably take another 2 or 3 years to complete so don't hold your breath. That's before any planning starts.
I thought the comparison between Tai's interview and Emil's interview was interesting - totally chalk and cheese.
Tai always seems to have a chip on his shoulder and be looking for ways to be controversial - never seems to engage well with the interviewer.
Compare that to Emil - both riders of similar standard but Emil much more interesting and easier to listen to.
Birmingham are in a real mess - unless they make changes the losing run will continue and the fans will drift away.
Really can't understand why they signed Milik - never rated him and he has never done anything in England.
They still haven't worked out that Worrall is hopeless unless he can ride at number two - never understood why - it must be a confidence thing.
Much has been made about Flint over the last couple of years but he is going nowhere and is not getting any better.
If Klindt is available that might be an option but they need at least one more heat leader from somewhere even if they sign him - depends how deep Mr Tolley's pockets are but unless he does something its hard to see them lasting the season.
The Key to the Report is that it says Wolves are working with City Councillors - which implies its under the jurisdiction of Wolverhampton City Council.
The only site that has been mentioned that possibly fits in with this is the i54 site and even that must be borderline.
The other rumoured sites have all been in South Staffs which will be totally different from trying to deal with Wolverhampton City Council.
As has been mentioned a drive of 15 minutes from the Stadium could be within quite a large radius on a good day or a small one on a bad day.
Lets hope there is serious cause for optimism in this.
The joint venture covers Media Rights rather than the Stadium Project.
The Dunstall Park Venture is to take the Perry Barr Greyhounds there, closing Perry Barr altogether to build on there.
Entain would keep Monmore under their ownership.
There would be 2 Greyhound Stadia in Wolverhampton owned by 2 different companies with no speedway at Monmore Green and Birmingham Speedway closing as well.
Neither Company is too bothered about attendances at Greyhound meetings as they get the majority of their income from streaming the races.
They use covers - but if you watch how they put the covers down each week after they have been folded up from the previous week, they turn them upside down, thus depositing all the shale from the previous week onto the dog track to leave a clean surface on top You just can't make it up
Wolves website says they have reverted to original declaration to ensure cover for Luke for foreseeable future so sounds like Nicholls won't be available for a while.
