Should be making my 1st visit to Newport for the Welsh open as we are staying in Newport for the GP weekend. Hopefully see Doolan win twice over the 3 meetings Pairs,British GP then the Welsh open. What a weekend!

But you cant beat service stations for cuppa and something to eat, as they are always so well priced

We are staying in a hotel in Walsall on the Thursday night (To cut down on travelling on the friday), then travelling to newport friday morning where we have a hotel booked for 2 days, Going to the Pairs friday then of course the GP the following day.

Yes your right there hard to pick a winner, its going to be a very tough meeting, i dont think there is a easier group they have been split evenly.

The main thing to me is that the weather in Somerset is going to be ok looking forward to it was much as i am the GP!!!

Perhaps he will prove me wrong but - Although Darcy is a massive talent (there is no debating that fact) This is a big big meeting for the young lad and it wont be easy for him at all. Im sure all riders involved will want the PL Best Pairs title to their name so we will see if the young lad can cut it or will his inexperience show through... To make you aware im speaking as somebody who hasnt seen Darcy in action as yet, although im aware of what hes achieved at such a young age in so little time. I guess we will find out soon enough.

Agree apart from that "one off" we seen in the last GP Greg is always smiling and is a great addition to the GPs he has to go down as one of my all time favourite riders , it will be a sad day when he hangs his Kevlars up

Reading some of you lots comments i wouldnt want to stand next to you during a meeting if you moan so much!! Track was crap, i dont like him, GPs are crap, its his fault!! Have you anything positive to say.... it gets me down reading it.

Hancock is still a very worthy GP rider and capable of mixing it!

What a line -up anything could happen in this meeting, im looking forward to it, My fingers are crossed for the weather to be good. anyone could win this meeting but il have a guess at the top 4 in NO particular order: Workington Somerset Glasgow Birmingham

Great stuff from Craig Cook very impressive for the amount of track time the lad has had, what a find. I think we can safely say the Richards Lawson and Craig Cook will be Comets in 2010, I thought it about time we had some more local talent coming through in Workington and we get 2 in one season!!

Correct Star lady, and this isnt another go at Scott as he gets enough of that, But from what i see he really is struggling mentally and isnt fit to boost our young boys confidence. he needs to start from scratch with as little pressure on himself as possible if he is to get anywhere near his old form. Hope he shows us some improvement at Cardiff, But sadly Scotts not riding with any aggression or confidence at the minute.....
