ive got to agree here there were loads of workington fans wanting wells to sign for the comets but were talking like he was top class rider for me hes a 2nd string or 3rd heat leaderon his day can beat the best but just not a rider you can rely on to score good points every meeting

1 or 2 at least but nothing personal so you can all make you own opinions

maybe young max fricke has good people around him that advise him on how to improve in speedway not like the one's who advise people how they can earn the most money and go to the teams who can splash the cash and introduce young vunrable kids in the ways partying hard and turning them into spoilt arogent brats

dont know who you talk to skoobie but the ones ive spoke to arnt too worried about tero and the only negatives about rusty is the obvious problem when he gets upsetno worrys over his riding abilaty if tero gets back to his best he will be a good 2nd string i do agree with you in another post that tero was a sort of panic signing but afterall rusty walked out he wasnt sacked and there wasnt many options at the time the bigest problem at workington over the years has been the promotions attaitude and not only keith denhams but his was the worstso far the new promotion are doing a good job but they havnt had the stress of running the team yet lets hope they can cope with the problems they encounter and learn from any mistakes they make after all we all make mistakes but its how you react to them that counts

if your a rugby fan aswell then workington have just agreed a deal with the rugby club if both teams are at home the same weekend then a special ticket can be bought to cover both sports for only £20 so for fans of both sports thats a great deal and shows the 2 clubs can work together to try and encourage new fans to both sports

you may have a point there but if a rider is good enough i dont think it would make too much difference if the club was taking them on loanbut i think its about time the elite and prem leagues were made equals regarding the rules on signing riders they must ride for the clubs for so long before becomeing a asset too many riders sign for top flight clubs and dont set foot near a elite league match for years if at all making the prem league training grounds and the prem clubs paying for the privalige of training them at that

some really good riders in that list and quite a few lower riders that will be missing from it
