some real nice coments from rival fans and some that are a real surprise obviously workington have had some good sides in the past only for them to self distruct hopefully this side will show some of that paper potential and be right up there all season
-
you cant have offered enough money for this one
-
it was once 9 pts for new aussies rusty harrison came in on a 9pt average im sure
-
dont worry 2016 is going to be that good a sumer mason will think hes back home and be scoring big points ha ha
-
have you got the one from workington when he gave up rode on to centre green when workington rider was pushing bike home and was behind him
-
it is nice to see sides built with a few brits but if im being entertained week in week out i dont really care if the side is home grown or built of foriegn riders
-
there was deffinatly talk of chris kerrs average being put back up to 7 maybe it was if he changed teams rather than stick with the team he started
-
you could be right but was up for before the courts at one point
-
finish top 4 or have a average of 7 or higher
-
when chris kerr was ridding over here he was given 2 or 3 year to maintain his average it wasnt put back upto 7pts untill this period ran out or he switched to a different team not sure which was first
-
isnt he now in jail with garry glitter
-

i know adrian was once a forum member havnt seen him at workington recently but im sure he is still a fan of the sport -
well lets face it the british elitte league isnt is it gotta draft in national league reserves to bail it out the prem league has been the league to watch for a good few years now i stopped watching that rubish on sky a couple of years ago yes you have a few good riders /meetings in the elitte league but theres plenty of rubish to go with it
-
think your being a little unfair there theres plenty of riders around better than campton but theres also plenty worse personaly i think id have looked elsewhere on a 5 pt average but i have also seen mason ride a couple of times when he rode very well beating much higher rated riders with ease

were you not there jenga im sure your old enough to remember it well ha ha -
coming good is a big under statement weathers was going fantastic at the time he had his accident im sure he was on the wish list at workington
-
sounds like just the type of rider that wins the fans over know nothing about the guy but will try and keep a eye on his progress through the year
-
a good captin is not always 1 of the top riders derek snedon in my opinion was great caption in his day its about who can keep the rest motivated and keep the peace amongst the team far to many teams dont bond and the riders ride to beat there team mates rather than the oposition
-
every club has a group of fans that take a dislike to 1 rider for what ever reason they can find
-
bad news hopefully someone will upload them on the net just as people were getting hooked on the speedway gp's they remove it from public viewing
-
id take that team i suppose
-
what a selling club values a rider at and what a buying club values the same rider is a different story and usualy they meet somewhere in the middle but arnt loan fees decided by different bands bassed on the riders average

with our new chairman wanting fixed race night whats peoples views on the fixed race night for me its a no go zone as it would be either monday or wednesday only as sunday is poland tuesday is sweden thursday is denmark and friday and saturday are gp nights obviosly there are a couple who would think wednesday nights are a good choice if you run a set night and your home meeting is rained of you could go 3 or 4 week without a home meeting just not acceptable for british speedway in my view i know it s been discussed allready but for some reason this was typed a long time before its actually posted ?
