Sarj maybe needed a good payday to offset the fine from Saturday

well just read the posts of away fans that are also saying what the comets fans are saying its obvious what sarj is doing and the promotion would rather turn on the paying fans than sarj i can name atleast 10 people who said they wouldnt be back aslong as sarj was there and id say im not 1 who knows a lot from speedway by there names if i know 10 out of the few i know whogo or went to speedway how many do the ones in the clicks know im not saying its the only reason but its the final straw of the season 1 team change all season and for the worse and absolutely no change in rider order apart from forced by a reserve mooving up and the average fiddler mooving to reserve there are more issues yes but theres always a final straw

captins and ref on track so going buy recent episodes like this id say thats it folks under 2 mins now for heat 1 they say gods sake apparantly 2mins been and gone no bikes made it on track and ref is now in the pits

tractors going round maybe waiting for the extra tapes being delivered before heat 2

i agree mason really stood up last night and gave his all which is another point in switching him and matt around in the riding order but hey us fans only watch from the outside were not the ones looking for a reason to pull the plug

id say your right about heat 2 james was unlucky in that 1 as max clegg mooved first and also jumped his 2nd ride but wasnt pulled back really feel for laura as shes put a lot of money into speedway but unfortunatly she is surounded by people who are not good for workington speedway right or wrong id say theres a few that need to move on if speedway at workington has a future and to think we had 1 of the biggest crowds sometime back with 1500+ for a long time how long do riders get to pay fines hopefully he wont pay and gets banned

weve been saying this for weeks its so obvious what hes doing its in the best interests of both workington comets and british speedway to get rid of him workington speedway is almost dead and james sarjent is a big part of it the promotion/management must take a lot of the blame but this guy is responcible for for a good few fans not going anymore and i know that for a fact also tonight they switched ty to 5 and used ulrich as a guest for jorgonson at 3 the change in rider order is 2 and 4 but yet again the promotion/management wont give the loyall fans that are left what they are asking for its with a very heavy heart that i say it looks like speedway in cumbria is in its last few weeks

i guess its no surprise that the unoffical comets forum is off line tonight as for the comets management well they deserve all the flack they get my mate asked me tonight if id be unhappy if speedway r4an next year at workington and i found it hard to give him a answer the junior match afterwards had more entertainment than the 15 long heats tonight paul bowan would have been shown up in the 125 races as he couldnt turn his bike during the main meeting the kids showed what a entertaining close race the track could produce in the interest of speedway james sargent should be banned from the sport which also inclueds the start off next season he is a disgrace to the whole sport ive never ever seen a rider remove his helmet during a race before ive seen riders get a fine for doing practice starts on parade without a helmet so james should at least get a fine

well looking much brighter than expected but theres big clouds over speedway in workington at the moment will they be rain clouds tonight or will we get speedway im sure newcastle are much stronger with bomber guesting for the wizz kid lambert who seams to take 2 or 3 rides at workington before we see what he can do a few miles from track its blowing a bit but fairly biright so far

bad planning that who works out the fixtures oh its edinbrugh well about time that were worked out different to alow all clubs a chance to hold regular meetings instead of 3 or 4 week gaps in mid summer

i always found glasgow fans to be very knowledgable and as a whole fans of all speedway sadly some but im pleased to say not all have changed since there fortunes have been turned around some think they should be unbeatable and also noone in there team can do wrong since they got new backing but as ive said its only some

all traks should try as hard as they can to get kids in as they are your fans of tomorrow

nothing to do with glasgow but ive often wondered about this at other tracks ive been to the track men want there own track time so much they often prep it for away teams advantage another clever d### english teacher i take it why are somany on forums so quick to ridicule spelling mistakes and typo errors im not too proud to admit im not the best speller but really have you nothing better to do im sure your 100% at everything you do in life

couple of points here why does he HAVE to ride in poland and also does lambert ride on uk license i thought he rode on a german 1

but how many free tickets were give away ill admit very poor croed at derwent park similar or more than glasgow were getting not to long ago growds support the hype sooner or later the hype dies off and the free tickets stop

the guest at no5 was a insult to all speedway fans roynon was ok guest at no2 paul starke had probably the worst meeting ive ever seen him have but hey panthers fans cant complain too much the guests they had scored points when workington book guests they just take there money and make fun out of the people good enough to book them araon summers and mr worrall are 2 that come to mind

i agree there could be some sort of friction and agree adams been booked due to his/workingtons situation but if theres been anything between the 2 partys its not anyones doing apart from who evers responcible for adam and workington falling out

there are very strong rumours that there might be speedway in some areas next year and each team will need 7 riders mason is very close to workington promotion while i agree hes a little up and down he has improved again this year and at times has looked pritty good aswell as looking poor some meetings
