hope not stewie not always the best ref for comets mind you anyone is better than a certain north of the border man
-
anyone know who the ref is tonight
-
why I see your point but never been like that before if all things good to go speedway is over 15 heats for league racing if comets are 2 points up on aggregate after ht 13 im sure there will be a few who want the extra 2 heats if it was close to being called off
-
hope its nice clean meeting no questionable referee moments or riders being taken out just nice straight forward meeting that isn't dragged out to keep us all wanting more tomorrow
-
I agree but Workington deserve it more
-
never mind getting through it ive loads to do and cant even get started doing anything just incase I get held up no way do I want to miss this
-
will this be another nerve wreaker or easy victory for either team out of interest is there any fans from other clubs intending coming last few weeks weve seen a few speedway fans from other clubs not involved on the night I hope they enjoyed the show as much as the home fans have done the last few weeks
-
the thread for the return leg has been locked so we cant post on there we will need to start a fresh 1 personlay I think the return leg is far from safe Lawson and morris if on form could easily go unbeaten but the home form recently most will be expecting another easy victory for Workington we can only hope so at this stage
-
Workington track is normaly fairly neutral but this season the team is very strong at home no trick lines at Derwent park
-
Carlisle airport has lots of land few years ago there was a track well away from runways for radio controlled cars which held some big meetings there not just the little toy things but the proper serious things doing around 60mph and more there is more than enough land in this area for a speedway track theres even been rally special stages held there
-
if Workington run next year im sure it will be at Derwent park the simple fact is not enough money coming in for to run at moment either more sponsorship and /or more paying fans is needed
