Poor advertising 3 separate meetings yesterday for normal price yes the juniors and the vintage nothing spectacular But might have brought more in -

All the negative about the team but no mention of track prep The track is very poor recently First bend down to base after ht2 last week Big hole right in middle of 1st/2nd bend this week Crowd is down but the product on offer is not what it was Catch 22 if you want paying public you have to give something worth paying for I go every week but I'll be honest I no longer get down about it or miss it if we have no meeting 1 weekend -

Dont think his comment was out of order He dont know level of rain put down he was just replying to a comment regarding current weather at time When I got up at 5.30 it was clear bright sky 9am was heavy ish rain If that lasted meeting would have been of as riders wouldn't and shouldn't ride in them conditions -

Any plans to change Saturday start time or postpone due to footie If so I'd like it changed as early as possible Speedway will come first but I do have something else on if speedway is changed

Expected a lot more from kemp yesterday But can say that for rest of team also Kemp was very poor hopefully he can change something on setup and be more competitive next time

i really dont understand how teams can run r/r at no2 heats 2 and 8 are supposed to be protected so cant replace no2 if the rider thats at 2 is out should always move a rider to the number 2 position or be made to run 2 reserves in ht 8 -

Never heard that before about pulling cut out and getting restart I've seen many a rider pulling it out as a issue with bike but getting kicked out of race At very best that should also be a 15 mtr start as it delays the start -
In real life he was a true gentleman Would give you the shirt off his back

Jenga account got locked out few years back He rejoined as j2ohn He did have minor health issues for a while but it was only ladt 6 months He was real ill Did pick up and was looking like he was pulling through but then went down hill fast sadly Wont name the rider but 1 off the old aussies from the time his family ran speedway has been in touch with family to pass on condolences Says a lot when a ex rider kept in touch for 40 years or more
-
As much as I'd like Craig in the team If there's any chance he's out for a while we need to make 3 changes at least We need at least 1 decent reserve Even when vinnie back he's not gonna be on the pace straight away

thanks for posting this calvin if you look in again (im sure you will figure out who i am ) i wasnt sure if to post or not for the ones who called him and liked to try say he did not know what he was talking about well i suppose now may be the time to say a long long time ago our my very good friend jenga was sort of co promotor of our beloved comets and his family tried hard to get comets back up to being viable to running in profit rather than going bust also how it was miss sold when they took over all the good riders they were promised had all ready been sold
