Andersen Crash In Sweden.
Peter S. replied to From PC to KC.'s topic in International World of Speedway
Hans left hand is swollen and "more or less useless". He wont do practice today, but still hopes to be ready for saturday. Klindt called in as reserve. Peter -
The "S" means that the rider have been replaced by a reserve/tactical reserve in the re-start of a heat, without having D,F,M or R in the first start. It does not count as a heat for the "S" noted rider. Regards Peter

[quote name='iris123' date='May 18 2009, 04:03 PM' post='1490530 The 2 Mikkels win their q-finals.Well they both should be contesting the big honours this season.Especially as some of the other big names have now moved up to 500cc.A couple of familiar names .....Peter Karger and Jason Jørgensen(sons of Brian and John...i think)...and also Simon Selch making it through to the semi's.I guess one forum member will be very proud at that Correct

2008 World Youth (80cc) Cup
Peter S. replied to whowasthatberntpersson's topic in International World of Speedway
It should be said that the one Brit who was here, Ref Jim Lawrence, did an extremely good job. Holding the reed lights when possible/safe and making prompt and correct desicions. In the team turnament yesterday the two Mikkels was very fast. Taylor Poole was out to show that he should have been in the final, and he should. And again Litle Arthur won the hearts off all present. Admission fees could have been charged to see such raw talent alone. He finished with a Hans andersen style wheelie standing on the back fender, i bet that the Danish top bouys will be bending bikes trying to learn that the in the comming months. See you Peter -
2008 World Youth (80cc) Cup
Peter S. replied to whowasthatberntpersson's topic in International World of Speedway
In Denmark you go straight from 80cc to 500cc. You have to be 15 to ride 500, but you can ride 80 until 18. Once you are checked out on 500 you cant go back to 80cc. Very good day yesterday. Im sponsoring Mikkel M. and when Lars Munkedal and I learned that Arthur Sissis didnt have more than one tire for each day he borrowed my Simons back wheel and we sponsored two tires. Worked pretty well ehh See you Peter -
