  1. I’m a Lynn season ticket holder having moved into the area a little short of 2 years ago. I previously lived in Essex and have seen my previous teams Hackney, and Lakeside pack up. I have occasionally watched Rye House and more so Kent Kings before they fell by the wayside. and prior to moving saw maybe a third of home fixtures each season at Foxhall following Lakeside’s demise. As you may have gathered I am a speedway fan as opposed to a follower of a particular team. That said Hackney was my number one team. Zenon, Bo and Thommo.. And a special mention for AJ at Lakeside. I was sad to see the Panthers go, but won’t get into the Buster was or was not at fault. Would I go to Swaffham to continue to get my fix it it come to it.probably. Not that I think it will happen. I hope we will continue to get our fix at Saddlebow Road for a few years yet,
  2. I e-mailed Kings Lynn between Christmas and New Year as directed on the website. regarding the purchase of two season tickets. To be fair they responded within a couple of days.. First time applicant as only moved to the area 14 months back.
  3. Thanks for the welcome Mimmo. Yes I will keep an eye out Mildenhall cup final wise.
  4. Very enjoyable last night with a good atmosphere. Will be following the Stars now following my relocation from Essex to North Norfolk. I must admit having seen my then local team Lakeside close down I have largely been attending Foxhall the last few years. Pleased that they are still in the KO Cup after it appears they have probably just fallen short playoff wise. Was pleasing to hear the positive vibes from Buster in the bar after the meeting and hopefully look forward to good few years attending my new local club. That said quite fancy the still to be confirmed away fixture at Peterborough as haven’t been there since the 4 team tourney final days back then.
  5. Don’t know where that came from but could happily watch that on a regular basis. The Lambert / Bewley duels were superb. Brilliant support from Rowe and Simon L. Great atmosphere as a result. Vital few points picked up by MPT and Jordan Jenkins. Hope Emil Breum is ok as looked a nasty one.
  6. Although I have BSN looking forward to attending this fixture this evening. Hoping The Stars can keep it relatively close. The weather in the build up has been pretty much the same as last Thursday. Will we see much the same track conditions and preparation. There wasn’t more than a few passes against The Panthers. With the likes of Artem,Emil and Doyley on show we are sure to see more tonight. Going 42-48 but hope Kings Lynn prove me to be wrong.
  7. The total before splitting was announced as £294 if I heard correctly.
  8. Match preview on the Stars website now. Lynn unchanged from Monday. Having recently moved into the area hoping they get the numbers to guarantee a few more years yet.
  9. According to the Panthers website this has been postponed due to the predicted rainfall later.
  10. Looking forward to this. Currently staying near the Norfolk / Suffolk border as between home moves. Will ultimately be local to Kings Lynn next season so will trundle up tomorrow night and be at Foxhall for the Derby next week. Hopefully will see a home win but can’t see passed an Aces win by 10.
  11. I was at The Shay that saturday evening with two other Hawks fans. Infact we were discussing that very meeting a few weeks back on route to Kent Kings. Zenon Plech was superb that night. Pretty sure it was Thommo,Chalky and Sean Wilmott who were scoreless. That victory made up for all the Northern Trip hammerings that we normally witnessed. They were good days, Dons on thursday routing for the opposition, Hackney friday of course and more often than not Coventry saturday as my mate was Ole Olsen drunk. Back on topic pleased for the Witches who I have now adopted since Lakeside closed down and have been a regular all season, only missing a couple of meetings. Looking forward to the final whenever the weather will permit.
  12. Absolutely spot on with this. Came away last night feeling more positive about the future having heard Cooky at the end compared to the comments attributed to Duggo posted on the website earlier on in the week. Just hope they remain in Essex. Only get to about a third of the home meetings due to work and other commitments but thought the crowd was the largest I have seen since Rico`s memorial meeting. Not a bad ending overall bearing in mind we knew before a wheel was turned who was going to win comfortably last night.
  13. A.J. Crump Andersen Lindgren. That said I also have this nagging feeling that Lindgren may pull it off.
