Went tonight for the 1st time this year and if im honest despite the meeting and racing being close i doubt ill make a return. Speedway is terrible value for money. Its stuck in a timewarp and i can see why it doesnt attract a younger generation. I was a a regular up until the middle of last year but it really is missing some energy

Have to agree with the sensible ones on here who have no sympathy for Lee. Its his choice to CONTINUALLY take drugs no one elses. Can see why Woffinden ditched him doing his engines espeacially as it was said at the time Lee was screwing him out of money. Wonder if that money went towards feeding his little habit

So Joe has announced he will retire. What an incredible rider. Won the world U21s just as i was getting into speedway and was my favourite rider as a youngster. What do you think next for him?? Id love hin to some sort of national coach
