yes very sad lol I didn't expect any of the poole riders to qualify but Batch is forever boring everyone that he clearly is good enough for the Gp's but obviously isn't and as for kildemand enough said. So lets see what brings of Monday , and I have a great life thanks loads of friends and family to keep me smiling :-)

Totally agree with you`re post if gollob and AJ get picks could the public start to get bored with the same old and no young blood coming through i know i would !!

King 3 points from 4 rides earlier on in the season at poole gives his chances of qualifying pretty much zero so agreed on his pick being a waste of time Howarth for me just a great opportunity to gve him some great experience for the future and an ideal platform for an young up & coming speedway rider that the bspa keep bleeding on about so what a waste king being chosen but nothing against him just a poor choice IMO..

Just watched 5 heats from the Togliatti stadium from last year and saw only one pass big long track but narrow so doesn't look good for passing gonna suit the gating tarts IMO :-(

Farce all round then Russia putting a woefully weak team in, Czech rep seeded through to final injured riders out unfortunately in both events ! You've been framed instead then ;-)

Oh dear now after reading some detailed reports regarding the state of the track would it be better to cancel the meeting for another date rather than show it on telly and for it to be a laughing stock and a complete and utter farce as many would have spent a small fortune ths weekend just saying though. As don't want the british public to be ripped off at a watered down product.

Agree with the above but in the comments you make goes to show that BSi will never comment on the gravity of the problems they are having with the track preparation as I'm sure it would put many people off from coming on the day of the meeting , sad I know but hardly surprising really this day and age is it. I can't come for family health reasons this year but in a way I'm glad ( being selfish sorry) because that track will never recover in such a short Space of time. #disappointing

Be interesting but Chris Holder for me to be the champ and pedersen the chump 2 point lead is crucial especially if holder wins his 1st ride as nicki has a difficult 1st ride. Home track for holder and you never know how the other riders will think mentally about pedersen and holder can see some of them giving the extra 10% to beat nicki just so he can`t win the title imo though. I think nigel pearson is being a tad optimistic after watching the forecasts this morning i`d say no chance on both !! The first few heats tonight will be more than interesting if no one has been on the track starts will be vital then until a few heats into the meeting.

True but the thought was the venue would be great for the last GP and would still need crowning at the end of the night !!

The riders ought to be allowed a spin then for a bit of prep later and will also do the track a power of good with it being covered for so long too !!

Would like some thoughts along with my own. Would`nt it be a great spectacle to hold the final GP of the season at cardiff to crown the new world champion the venue is without doubt the best venue in the speedway GP calendar so to finish offf the season there would be ideal don`t you think the atmosphere as the last GP unfolds to determine the new champion would be electric and may even put more bums on seats. maybe there is a reason why it can`t be done but would like to read your thoughts on this !!

Not just this country is speedway run by prats and pig headed polish managers and officials.
