  1. Ha ha, they were great! There was a wee domestic in the room next door in the early hours of Sunday that woke us up, no idea who it was, but you could certainly hear them, or maybe it was just a bit rough sex as she did call him a "fookin beast"
  2. It's been 13 consecutive years for us. I can't honestly say I can find any particular point to moan about, apart from a terrible meal at a restaurant which we didn't pay for and has absolutely nothing to do with the Speedway. I just don't get it, they should stay at home and watch on TV. Of course nothing will be perfect, it never is, but I loved it, always do! Ha ha my first ever visit to the Walkabout and the last, wtf is the fuss about that place? Don't get that either. I didn't pay though, himself had all the cash and we'd mislaid him, so Shawn paid for me .Well, that's what I told him anyway See you next year, if not before
  3. Know doubt you talk from experience? JFC!
  4. I thought it was slightly less this year, but that may have been down to there being some seats behind us being empty and it skews your view, but nowhere near as significant as 10,000 drop. It's good to see it's maintaining it's level though, proves that some people think it's worth it....
  5. All that and the rest of the weekend too, which is just brilliant, next year will be our 14th year. We go for the weekend spend it with our friends, who these days, we don't get to see too often, if only once a year at the big Cardiff meet up. I couldn't imagine not going either and how people can moan at the price of a ticket cheapest £25 say it's not what it's cracked up to be.....We paid more than that and it's and we still consider it brilliant value for money! Well, it is Starman and it's not Poole. The only downside is that it's exhausting we need a holiday now and I went back to bed when we got home Not so exhausting that we're not planning on doing Prague next year too.......
  6. It isn't, I don't get the support him because he's British, he'll not be getting support from me!
  7. Love the new Polish boys, I'm happy for any winner as long as it's not Woffinden or Hancock!
  8. He looks like he doesn't give a s#it! There has been a change in his attitude over recent times. Whether that has to do with his personal life I don't know. But I'd put money on the reason He's still riding in the UK is because of his young son. I've always liked Holder, but He's behaving like an Aussie brat like so many of the others.
  9. Ha ha ha ha, he's been described as that more than once I hope he doesn't, it'll be a laugh
  10. I've had the luxury of watching Scott and Bomber at Brandon for many years, they ride so well together too. I expect you'll see some stunning moves this season, makes me feel very nostalgic as well as sad... Enjoy!!
  11. Why would there be another one. What about the other riders who have suffered life changing injuries?
  12. That interview with Ward and Holder albeit totally true it seems, is utterly cringeworthy, deary me, are they a bit thick in Poole? I see Starman has gone awol again.....
  13. Wish I could be there! I hope there is a massive crowd and it's a great meeting. Go Bees 🐝🐝🐝
  14. Well sad Arnie! Robert72 is quiet these days........... In fact so is Speedibee ..........
  15. Quite! I suspect he doesn't care. How could he, when he's done that to the stadium!?
