The issue for most of us, is that the decision about the wildcard was dropped in during a SKY meeting and announced on TV. None of us were expecting it, fans and riders alike it seems. WHY, when the powers that be in the BSPA knew about it, WHY didn't they tell us? They've known for months....

I'd hardly refer to it as a quality meeting. Most of it wasn't .. It's a shame he was caught on camera laughing and chatting with his pit crew during the national anthem..........

It's the first anniversary of his death, he lost his life on track 13/5/12...that's why!!!

I looked yesterday, to see if there had been a thread for this meeting...... For me, the shine was removed from this meeting, when the wildcard was announced a few weeks ago...

I was about to say the same. I don't like Ward, but he's a brilliant rider, a great addition to the series. I hope he's not too badly injured and we'll see him back riding soon
