  1. i wonder myself which bears team will turn up and if DRAC will be knocked out by mr worrall for sticking up for some young girls giving worrall banter in the pits at the STeMP on his last visit. should be a good meeting all the same on a well prepared (not ruff anymore) track
  2. seems the whiter than white mr worrall isnt happy about slagging redcar fans off in the speedway star hes now turned his attentions to having a go at young girls in the pits and also threatening people on twitter so ive heard this morning. i dont condone any sort of bad behaviour towards a rider but surely riders must know they are going to come accross some sort of banter during their days as a rider wether it be jeering name calling booing etc. enjoyed last nights meeting, not being your typical dearby match and the track looked much better than it had been, very disapointed with ostrich and summers as we needed them to step up a gear, well done to the jawdees though a very entertaining meeting
  3. i fear the worst with the hooligans from jawdeeland visiting tomorrow night the new rough park (STeMP) will be better suited (lets face it you lot where used to to a crap track for a few years) to the wonky boxes and with our new rider mr worral (the enemy within) i can only see a jawdee win. judging by the weather forcast for tomorrow it will probably (fingers crossed ) be rained off anyway
  4. Points thrown away tonite, bad signing and riders not turning up and I really can't see us getting anything at scummy tomorrow now either
  5. We will be lucky to scrape a point from this one after the so called new signing. I'm sure we where supposed to be chasing the title ???
  6. Point being WE don't mind admitting our tracks crap at the moment where as you lot wouldn't/didn't
  7. We've turned into the new RUFF PARK Absolute garbage track prep which is embarrassing to watch, not like me to turn on my club but its absolute woefull.
  8. We've always been quite a reserved lot at home (well my mob has anyway) preferring to make the noise on our travels but to be fair after the way things have been with the track prep, promotion, blah blah people have just about had their fill, you only have to read the bears forum to see how ticked off everybody is. We got a 4-2 in the first heat and a 5-1 in heat 3 after standing waiting for a full hour while the track was having the work done that should of been done before the meeting, apart from those 2 heats what the hell else was their too shout about ? It was all prosesional 3-3
  9. The track tonite was embarrassing and we've had the cheek to call newcastles brough park ruff park, their can be no excuse for the state it was in, no thought has been made to the fans with young children who are their on a school night infact no thoughts are being made to the fans full stop, I can't believe how unprofessional our promotion is. Good win for worky tonite but you could tell they wanted it more than we did, a few our lads looked tired probably with all the guesting they've done in the last few days, can't criticise them for it as its money at the end of the day but when your pushing for silverware it is annoying.
  10. Read my earlier weather report I am the local michael fish
  11. A few spits n spots of rain at the moment but still very warm, will defo be on
  12. Will do stoneylad Bright sunshine at the minute about 2 mins from the track
  13. Light rain forcast between 1and 4pm so the track should be set up quite nicely for tonight. Leg end you have no chance of any points tonite with how the bears are riding at the moment
  14. weather sites changed http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/ne/middlesbrough_forecast_weather.html so should be ok now although i would take some sort of eye protection as last week was like the sahara dessert
  15. The weather could be the winner tonite as its forcast rain at 7pm, we've had a few spits n spots already today but nothing heavy as yet
  16. Last week the track was the best its been all season as it varies from week to week, the riders must feel they're riding an away meeting its so complacent. You'd think being a die hard of over 40 odd years I'd be happy with a home win but like what's already been said I left feeling flat and I also left with half the track stuck to my clothes and a thick layer of dust in my eyes with the amount of slop that was around the start line and dust floating about. I'm not one of the usuall whingers and whiners from the Redcar camp but that track really really needs preparing properly if only for the sake of the pit wall as summers was so frustrated with it he was going back in the pits after every heat booting the wall down
  17. Mr M and his part time weather forecasting comes in to play today, all will be grand later as we shouldn't get much more rain (if any) after 5pm
  18. poor result for the rebels ? you dont have a god given right to come to redcar and win you know.
  19. yep im expecting a right old dust bowl tonite so i suggest everyone take a bottle of water to pour on the track
  20. not a contradiction its 2 theories as that is something you need to offer on this forum as to not get shot down for even having an idea i always thought women where bitchy till i joined this forum
  21. I didn't ask for reasoning I said it would be ideal. If your riding NL week in week out your riding against the same calibre of rider, you could maybe change the heat structure so reserves only meet reserves. Hey I'm just throwing an idea out their, surely I can't do any worse than the arses in charge at the moment
  22. I'd like to have seen a minimum Brit requirement per team just like the old commonwealth rider rules, all reserves must be British and that way the younger Brits riding against top riders week in week out would hopefully come through and improve quicker. I'm probably talking chollocks but it would be nice to see the young Brits coming through, uk sport in general has gone to the dogs using foreigners in football and speedway over the years.
  23. yet again the track was in a terrible state with the so called motor cross track curator. something is drastically wrong with how the club is run at the moment as you constantly hear the unrest from other fans on the terraces, fair play though we have a half decent team this year but the track preperation really leaves a lot to be desired and personally i think if the track hadnt been preped so badly we may have seen a bit more racing as our track generally drains pretty well. going back to when we were on sky against edinburgh a few years since we had torrential rain and only last season we had far more rain and the meetings went ahead.
