You have to look at it as the Dream Team now Touring Team has a 5 year head start on Team Viking with a good track record in the UK.When the Dream Team first set sights on the UK it was through making friends that we ever even got to be on the shores racing at all.The British fans wanted us and we wanted to entertain them. Also you might want to check your facts as to Team Viking being superior to the Dream Team. I believe we beat them at Newcastle.

USA Speedway is pleased to announce the formation of USA U21. USA U21 is the brainchild of Gary Gomez, Ryan Evans, and Richard Child. All three men are founding members of USA Speedway. Gary Gomez is the founder of the USA Dream Team tours in Great Britain. Ryan Evans is currently a member of USA Speedway Board of Directors and has served as its Chairman in the past. Richard Child is the Assistant Team Manager for USA Speedway. The idea behind USA U21 is to put the United States back into the top tier of international speedway. This will be done by building a strong base of junior riders. This strategy has been used by Denmark, Sweden, Australia, Poland, and even Russia to make themselves elite speedway nations. We currently have the backing of World Champions Greg Hancock and Sam Ermolenko. Both are enthusiastic about the project and have committed to lending their vast knowledge to the team. We will start by entering a team in the 2011 FIM Under 21 Team World Championship. We have verbal commitments for both Denmark and England to run Test Matches prior to the competition. This will give the team valuable track time in Europe. Further information will be made available shortly. All interested parties should please contact Gary Gomez.

Thanks for the kind words. I am not done in the Uk with Speedway. I love it over there. I am just taking a different road to hopefully get American Speedway back to the top where we belong. It won't happen overnight but believe me when I say we are climbing. We are hoping to be able to put out a press release in the next couple of days that will out line our new vision. See you soon. To all the supporters, my friends both here and across the pond, and riders, I have decided to resign my affiliation with the USA Dream Team. This decision was not reached easily. I have been working on a new project that I feel will better follow my sincere desire to further the growth of American Speedway. I am grateful for all your valuable support. My vision of the USA Dream Team would not have been possible without it. It has been a great 5 years with the USA Dream Team. Thank you for helping me along my journey to try to make American Speedway the force that we once were. Although we are definitely not at our goal, we are making great strides towards it. Thanks Laurence for the recognition. I actually forgot that I was a one of the tour organizers. This will be a great way for Jimmy and Shaun to show their abilities against some great opposition. Newport is a great place with some good management so I am hoping the crowd gets behind the managment and come out in good numbers.

First confirmed track is the Newport Hornets vs USA Dream Team 10-11-09

I can't name them as they are not confirmed but I will tell you that most of the Nl tracks are interested and from that we have to pick 5 of them that will work with our schedule.More info coming very soon on the Dream Team thread.

Jimmy is still in his 20's. He may be part of the USA Dream Team tour heading over in October. He has shown a interest in the tour.

Shadders, this program is about Costa Mesa. I would also like to see all the tracks get involved with this promotion of American Speedway.

That was a pretty knarly crash. Tim was pretty sore after that one. Thank God he was able to shake that one off.

Don't you think the riders know themselves what a tough day they had riding.They don't need idiots like you slagging them off. Why don't you get your a** on a bike and lets see how you do. Just to be out there is a accomplishment.

One thing I will remind people is that American Speedway is different in the way the format of racing is. You see all the three divisions on the same program.So you are going to see the lower division riders first on the program. So you should give it atleast 5 or 6 heats so the fast guys can get on.Or shall i say the top division on the night.

Hopefully all the technical problems will be worked out by the time the second week comes into play.
