  1. The rider was signed before the news came about the sponsor
  2. Great to see flying Ryan going back to the Monarchs.
  3. Why should he ride for less money than he was paid last year. He has agreed to ride for the same as he was paid last year. Why should he take a pay cut.
  4. In Defence of Freddie Lindgren. He was taken off pretty hard and knocked unconcious for about a minute .He was a bit dizzy after the incident and we were lucky that he was able to continue. He was absolutely flying around the place in practice and we felt we had a good chance of atleast making it to the semis.Freddie is a great rider with a great personallity. Loved working with him.Wolves fans are lucky to have a rider like him on your Team. We hope Freddie will return to the Monster Invitational in 2013.
  5. They are both talented riders but I would like to see them make more main events here and also win a few before going across the pond.JMHO
  6. In this situation Gino is more ready than Austin but my gut feeling is either of the two are ready for PL yet.One more year in the States here could be a big difference.
  7. Freddie Lindgren has been added to this event as the final rider. Were all looking forward to having these guys on our shores.
  8. Most are shipping bikes over. Edward Kennett already has bikes here in he Usa.
  9. Yes they are. This event has been in the works for months and its going to be a guage as how much interest is really in the USA for speedway.
  10. Sam raced in the US open in New York. He came second to Chris Kerr.
  11. Dont think the Fish will be riding. Hes had a concussion so I believe its a weeks rest.
  12. Billy's not planning a return. He wanted to motivate the younger USA riders to represent their country. Well in todays WTC the whole Team rode very well. Its great to see USA advance to the next round.
  13. The old black tape on the fuel caps huh Laurence.Black caps with black tape. Its almost impossible for a touring side to win any first meeting.Even when we brought over our own equipment it was tough to compete as the engines were not set up for the big tracks. If you look at the scores of the early Dream Teams 2005 through early 2010 we were very competetive. Somehow after that point the rider talent dropped or availability. This tour has a agenda to get the under 21 riders ready for the Ukraine. Support these young guys as we would support any British riders coming over to the USA.
  14. Nothing like a little bit of pressure. Good luck to Brad and the boys.
  15. You need to do some research.I believe the guys rode the Coventry track back in 2005 for a second half practice.Main man would know the exact year.
  16. You were never going to get Fish and Werner on the same team.So you will get one or the other but not both.
  17. Plymouth 1. Ben Barker (9.87) 2. Ryan Fisher (9.69) 3. Steve Boxall (5.69) 4. Brent Werner (5.57) 5. James Holder (4.44) 6. James Cockle (3.69) 7.. Nicki Glanz (3.00) There will be atleast one more change to this team before they line up.
  18. Fisback is not going to be able to come over.Too much stuff going on with him this year.
  19. Main Man we may be interested in adding two Brits to the team if it will help them to try to find team places. We can bring over 5 Americans and than use two Brits.
  20. Kev I will speak with Chris since I was the one that brought him over in the first place but I don't believe it's possible for him to come back at this time. As far as us riding at Buxton that would be a great place to ride.
  21. We do have a choice on who we can bring out or who wants to ride for us.But the bottom line as you say the riders have to be able to finance their journeys.
  22. Greyoundp If you go back and take a look at my track record when I was with the Dream Team we won 50% of our matches. If I can't put together a competetive team than I wont do the tour. I wont just come over to make up numbers these guys will have to be good. I want to make our challenge matches just what people want to see for their hard earned money a good competetive match.
  23. The American Eagles will be touring a National league track near you.Gary Gomez who was the founder of the American Dream Team is returning with a new Team with the same concept that he had for the 5 years 2005-2010 that he worked with the American Dream Team. We will concentrate on challenge matches just like before with National league teams. The tour dates will be published in early 2012 as we get them finalized. We are scheduling events between April 6th to the 21st. We have tracks that are showing interest and we will post them after the AGM. Any one interested in scheduling a challenge match can contact Gary at tmgracing@aol.com
