I see now,he would have gone into Stokes main body with the other lads at reserve Well again,after such a long time in the sport and still wanting a NL reserve place,isnt alot of bargining power

For a rider who has been in the sport since 2007 and still hasnt attained an average of over 3 points,what terms were Stoke meant to offer him???

Thats not a bad thing to be honest,makes them step up and be counted no hiding away,good way to see how good there really are There not on there own either looking at some of the teams in the NL Put some presure on them,wont do them any harm if there good enough

Ask the fans of Newport if your idea works,2010,great NL team,top of the league,How many turned up to watch,Where are they now?? Simple fact is DU NL team will never fill stadium,punters just cant afford it,and the promotion cant afford to fill it with top riders,if Rye dont try and bring some youngsters through,is there any point in running NL at Rye???

When you go in the pits with your grandson,what do these "weak " riders think of you?? i think only last year when young Ben was handed his chance in the first team,folk complained about a weak team "give them a chance" you said!!! Maybe you should give these youngsters a chance to instead of pulling the team down all the time

With what looks like 13 rookies/first year riders in the NL i dont think its quite true to say the NL has out grown the development league Status,i there was hardly any last year

Maybe Hopwood has other plans/demands are to high/doesnt want to ride/lens sees no future in him/i have no idea!!! Speedway teams are easy to put together on the BSF,not so easy if you are a promotion balancing books i guess

When you are a double up team like Rye,how the hell can the promotion afford to put out two competative teams?? Im convinced that NL teams who are double uppers,who put out strong teams will not see huge crowds,even if they are at the top,most folk just cant afford paying to watch two teams,i think thats the biggest factor why D/U NL teams are not so well supported,nothing to do with strenght there is no point Len really running his NL side unless he is going to use rookies
