Good job it wasnt a rider from another club doing that, there would be hell on like normal from Worky
-
And extended it should be again if needs be,my point was about folk moaning when 2 young brits stepped up again last night, against two other good young Brits in a quite brillaint race, Again, take a bow Tom Young and the quite brilliant Max Clegg, and well done to he two Rockets for having a proper raw edged speedway race, hard as hell but fair But again its something you not used to is it..........winning .

same as Bjerre and Fisher i would say -
4.59 to 4.88 isnt much improvement really is it?? 4th or 5th year in the PL to,always thought he should be doing more
-
Yesterday he wasnt, looked average i thought
-
Correct, but i dont think Anderson needs a Work permit does he??
-
as far as im aware there only one.....
-
He didnt do so bad yesterday, better than a certain waste of a work permit you have a reserve

I agree,a fine win for Mildenhall i wasnt there at the meeting so shouldnt comment on the track, but you sometimes have to consider the weather in the days running up to this event, was it wet?,heavy rain?? if they havnt had decent weather/time to prepare the surface its tough to blame it on the track -

That would be a real shame should Rye feel the need to do that, results like the one at Dudley are no good for Rye or the league for that matter -

I not sure if the standard has shot up to be honest, there were more rookies in the 1-7`s this year than for a long time,i honestly think its quite a bit weaker, even stand alone clubs like Buxton and Mildenhall giving some very young riders there first step on the ladder,it does have a development feel to it,and i hope it stays that way,if it turns more pro i feel the likes of Buxton,Scunny,Lynn and Rye would bin it,then the league would fail full stop And with riders stepping up to the PL in the last two years i think its doing a good job -
He wasnt that slow with Heeps and Tungate was he
-
Auty`s Max was a great one to,had the lot from the gate, fom the back, inside and outside, had some great races with Doyle, hard but fair from both riders Interesting to here from RG that Mikkel Michelsen was wanting to come and sign for Scunny for the run in but missed to many fixtures due to other meeting and school, great to hear the riders of his quality are wanting to be at the EWR,bodes well for the future

Bit harsh Shadders.looked like a great race that ended up in a crash, pure racing incident,i no maybe you do often see such a fine example of racing being a fan of Rye but passing does happen you no!! -
Bloody hell give the lad a chance I really hate threads like this aimed at youngsters starting out in the sport
