  1. Because Dudley want to pick Stoke for next weeks meeting, simples!!!!
  2. The other thing is will the weather play ball...cut of date on Saturday i think
  3. Wasnt the best but i think there was quite a bit of rain during the morning and the night before to be fair
  4. Fair play to Connor Coles training tack to NL and scoring points, just what the NL should be about and great to see
  5. And loose a fortune just to suit another club,i cant see that happening to be honest
  6. a No,1 wouldnt have made a rats ass of difference to your season
  7. Not sure if you can blame Dudley, but it for sure has lost it way,and i fear will lose clubs over the winter because of it
  8. Where have any rules been broken,i no you lads for the midlands have a reputation of not being the sharpest tools in the shed but i do still fail to see where anyone has said Dudley are cheating,i no for sure im not,im say it the rules Back to my orginal fear that moves like this are typical of an awfull British disease of welcoming sportsmen to take a step backwards rather than up What sky Altantic on Thursday night,8pm,you will learn something about bettering yourself not dropping down
  9. If you dont think there is a difference in the signing of Isherwood and Joe Haines you must be mad,One retrun from injury and without a team place, the other having a great season in the PL and riding extremely well, yet stepping backwards in his career, Ive seem more of Joe from his year with Scunny and Sheff and others is the PL to no that Joe is far better than the NL,hence he turned down places at start of season
  10. quite how is putting Iserwood,a lad without a team place the same as signing Joe Haines?? Hart retiring also has nothing to do with it,he retired and scunny have contiued to using full teams of developing riders And with more rookies in the NL this year than ever before, how is it not a development league?? of course it is
  11. Dont think anyone is calling Dudley cheats or win at all cost, they, along with me are questioning the rules i think, Lambert and Baseby are slightly different as they didnt have team places,Joe does and has been riding well for Sheff in the PL, No doubt Joe will be the heathens entry to the NLRC also................
  12. Yet another examples of that British disease of encouraging sportsmen to step down rather than step up Nothing against Joe at all, rules fit etc but yet again a rider who is far and above the NL is back
  13. MPT is a busy lad that night, isnt he down to ride in the Ipo v Newcastle meeting???
  14. You scream for team changes then ask for continuity, and all teams biuld to 42.5,you cant get more equal than that can you???
  15. Why he not doubling up then Don??,......was on twitter over a week ago!!!!keep up as you often say
  16. I dont think it is viable in its current state, im a fan of the play offs, its fair on the teams who will always have rider not present due to PL etc,but with fixtures again tight to get in,[was same last year] maybe the play offs should be scrapped??? top team wins in the NL,not great without the play offs i admitt but i this play off problem is now getting a bit regular I bet if you asked the promotions of Scunny,Lynn,Rye House and Buxton if the NL is viable,i bet you a pear drop they will say no,sadly,,,....
  17. HOw do you no they havnt tried to bring Sam Masters in but due to Work permit issues he now cant D.U??
  18. Its situations like this that add to my fear for the future of the NL,
  19. Bit harsh on Lynn tho who have been hit very hard with rain offs and trying to run two teams is hard at the best of times, cant help but think league meeting should be all done first then fanny about with alot of other crap like KO cup after that
  20. If you were a rider and Bowden asked you to guest, would you do it??? i wouldnt..........
  21. And still win by 16 points away from home!!!! Im really very worried now about the future of the NL,quite what the answer is i have no idea, some radical thinking needs to be done maybe to try and find away forward for the league,in its present state, with no identity,i can see a few clubs not coming to the tapes next year and that would be really sad as it could be so good
  22. I think they work ok,a rider should be judged on his season performance i think ,not 12 meetings like before, being at 36 is a good reflection on a rider i think
